Why are you still charging my account $79.95 even after canceling my subscription? I need that money refunded ASAP!
I signed up on 9/11/2025 at the $30 level to try out the app for my business and decided I didn't need it. Less than a month later on 10/2/2025 I get charged the highest level at $80! I've been looking for a way to talk to customer service so I can cancel my subscription and get my money back. Can't seem to find a phone number for customer service.
We tried you videos one more time. None of the photos showed. The tshirt male avatar's voice doesn't match. I didn't check if there were words on the screen but even tho the words are not wrong in the typed or generated words, they are often misspelled. Your staff wanted us to diagnose and report problems. This should be a free BETA version if it is this screwed up and needs our diagnosis. We tried to tell you this in the cancel request, but that had an issue also. I am paying someone to figure out your mistakes. PLEASE CANCEL me. You should refund part of the money. We tried a couple of vids about 4 to 8? weeks ago and they sucked. misspellings, out of focus too close art, ad naseum. Also I paid for some type of promo pkg you sell and that hasn't done anything. If I am charged again, I will complain on every possible social media platform. Please try again before putting out so many errors. Thx. Visa ends in 0799

BEWARE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

This company is fraudulent and will steal your money every month even after you contact them to cancel an unauthorized subscription. You report them to your bank, then they block the transaction, then Zeely charges your Apple Pay. But get this, NO SUBSCRIPTION will show up on your Apple Account. So how are they charging you for a subscription that doesn’t exist in your account? They are finding some kind of loophole to steal money from iPhone users by accessing your Apple Pay information. Protect your data and report this fraudulent company. If you read their reviews on instagram, you’ll see many people fighting the same battle. I’m surprised a class action hasn’t happened yet. Also, when you contact them, an ai bot will respond with an automated message and then they just stop responding. It’s like the ai bot is trained to not take no for an answer and ignore you if you contact them for a cancellation. I’ve contacted them on NUMEROUS occasions and still have not received my refunds and they are still charging me.

Their options for creative are objectively unattractive and gimmicky, and the ad templates don’t allow enough customization options. When you go through the process of launching an ad, you’re just selecting all demographics and settings yourself for Instagram and Facebook marketing — this is unbelievably easy to do within the IG and FB apps—even easier than Zeely since they have a great native integration and you get actual data and results. I ran a $60 ad using one of their templates (customized to look as aesthetically pleasing as possible) and didn’t get any clickthroughs or sales. (Compared to running ads natively in Etsy where I get 5-10 sales per day). And then you get charged a fee for running the ad through Zeely even though you’ve done all the work to set it up yourself. It was difficult to link to my Etsy shop within the app — and you can’t get any real data unless you set up a storefront using their app/web platform. All around wouldn’t recommend.
They are taking my money

It’s very frustrating when I put my money into Zeely trusting them. I have seen great reviews but for some reason they have scammed me. My ad is not showing correctly, customers can not add items to a cart, customers are being told to leave a name and they will be contacted soon. I have sent so many messages to customer service asking for help with these issues and still no response. Yet the money I deposited to run ads is being every day, the good news is that the ad is getting a great deal of views but not 1 sell because no one can make a purchase. Plus there is no refund once you deposit money for an ad. They will keep running the ad even if something needs to be corrected like in my case. If you cancel the subscription you lose all your ad money. All I wanted was help with getting these things corrected and I can’t get one response! Customers can’t order so my ad money is being wasted. Very frustrated and sad about this situation.
