How to fix Split PDF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Split PDF app on iPhone
Update Split PDF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Split PDF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Split PDF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Split PDF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Split PDF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Split PDF App
1. On android, goto Settings » Split PDF » click [Force Stop]

Update Split PDF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Split PDF App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Split PDF » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Split PDF.

Fix Split PDF unable to contact server/ Split PDF internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Split PDF » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Split PDF » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
