GolfFix AI Golf Swing Analyzer Reviews

Per title, the new update has significant lag/stuttering when viewing an analysis. The rest of GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer seems to function alright, so the bug appears to be only with the analysis functionality. Significantly slows down pretty much any input on the touch screen (iPhone) including pulling down the control center and swiping up for app view. Please fix, as this interferes with the primary purpose of GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer and global phone navigation.

Won’t run at all. 30gb free and all I get is msg that says not enough storage.

Your professional golf is shown over swinging at the top of his swing. Your app then corrects me for over swinging at the top.

This is a great swing analyzer app although it’s recommendations are more for a modern swing.
If you video import Bobby Jones, Jack, Nicholas, or even Sam or Ben Hogan the dataset being used for their AI algorithms give the best players in golf 5-6 out of 10.
For the average golfer, a Bobby Jones swing even though he was playing with Hickory shaft clubs is a great swing for the amateur golfer, but it only gets 3.8 out of 10.

Overall it is great app. The UX is quite intuitive and feedback is very fast. However I will probably wait to fully utilize it until it has some basic functionalities such as manual circle or plane line drawing.

Beside, I also have some ideas that may make GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer even more better.

1. I really wish GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer like this has dual camera mode (with second iOS device like iPad) so that I can capture videos from two angles at the same time.

2. Launch monitor integration. Many people including myself who are into technology to improve golf skills also have launch monitors such as Garmin R10, etc. It would be nice I can correlate swing and metrics from the monitor.

Overall the design of GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer is very cool and the ability to see what is going on in your swing is very helpful. However, unless you are aware of what you are looking for, as far as mistakes go, in your swing, the overall point system and recommendations need some work. For example my swing was 8.6, however (to test the abilities of GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer ), I put in a video of Tiger Woods hitting an iron shot and it returned a 7.5. As well as a video of Rory which returned a 9.3. As much as I’d like to believe my swing is as good as Tiger’s (and relatively close to Rory’s) I can’t say I’m that delusional. I think if some of the bugs with the algorithm could be fixed for the recommendations that would take GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer to the next level but don’t let it take away the fact that the overall analysis provided is a great tool in itself. Considering I’m relatively aware of what a great golf swing looks like, the slo mo analysis provided on my video was very helpful. I’m excited to see where GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer goes. If I could give a more detailed rating (other than 4 vs 5 stars) I would personally give it 4.5.

Love GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer! Really great for focusing on one fix at a time with instant feedback. Please add the ability to choose left handed swing in Focus Drill filming area - currently defaults to right handed with no option to change.

LOVE how this auto-detects when addressing ball. No wasted video. Immediately helped me with my 7 iron. Free evaluates iron and driver swings and I am blown away by how rapidly it gives me instant feedback on what to do. Used for 2 days swinging off faux “rough” mat, using whiffle golf ball and hitting into my curtains. lol. Have had a few issues with video of analysis not showing and getting “umm” error that I need to swing with a club. (I did) overall, minor complaints. FWIW, to me a solid score is a 3. A 5 is near perfection.

GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer has been great for me. When my swing drifts it helps correct quickly, swinging outside the plain, lack of rotation, non optimal posture. Something breaks every week for me, this gets me back on track at home without having to let the issue get progressively worse until you fork out for a lesson and have to correct something that has become embedded over weeks or months.

The analysis seems legit. The great bonus is that it’s free!

I would record my swing over and over and could tell it wasn’t a great swing, but couldn’t figure out exactly why. Well GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer tells you exactly why. Just after a couple of days it has pointed out major mistakes in my swing and has help start the process of correcting them. Even noticed some yardages gains from my launch monitor. Still haven’t hit the course and I’m not expecting a huge improvement since it’s only been a few days and it’s a new swing, but it does look like I’ll definitely see an improvement in the long run

Really impressed with GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer, especially with it being completely free. It’d be nice to include videos of other pros, not just the one guy. He’s very flexible and has a rather down the line backswing, which isn’t the only way to swing a club. Would be nice to have some variety. Also, it’d be nice to set thresholds for certain issues, like wrist hinge. GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer expects a lot of wrist hinge at the top, and my right wrist isn’t flexible enough to achieve what the pro does. I’d like to turn the sensitivity for this alert down so it doesn’t expect extreme wrist hinge. It would also be nice to include additional data on the swing, like waist and chest rotation and hip slide. But overall, amazing app.

The set up is very self explanatory. It gives you a excellent way to watch and correct errors in your swing allows. You compare your swing with professionals it also rates your swing and identifies errors.

I move how it can identify faults. As an average 16 handicap golfer trying to lower score with a better swing. GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer the best for doing just that.

I love the update that now includes drills and things to work on.

At first it can be very overwhelming with amount of swing-faults it picks up. But stick to it and it will give you much needed feedback you can translate into better technique.

I just discovered GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer and have been using it on the practice range multiple times per week. It’s been tremendously helpful, and honestly I’ve made some huge improvements from using it.
One possible bug that may need attention, since the most recent update, is that it seems to call out “bad” early extension on nearly every swing, even when the visual replay doesn’t appear to show any. In the early extension section, it does show my spine angle at impact (red line) being steeper than some green line meant to represent where my spine angle had been, but from the replay I don’t see where my spine angle ever matched that green line.
Other than that one odd concern, it’s really been great, and I absolutely plan to keep using it. Thanks!

I very recently got into golf and every single time I try to play by back hurts for days. I got GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer and my swing was terrible after seeing it in a video. It looked nothing like it felt. Being able to see what i am doing compared to a pro is a game changer. I have been using it for a week now and my swing looks SO MUCH BETTER and my back pain is gone. Once my posture is good I plan on paying the subscription to get my rythem and tempo down.

I downloaded GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer a few days ago and can’t stop telling my golf friends about it. It immediately provides feedback on your full golf swing and scores each swing based on a number of key checkpoints and positions. I put my iPhone on a tripod and swing away, always trying to get that perfect 10.0 swing. It’ll be interesting to see if they add other types of swings (pitch shots, half swings, etc.) Great job developers! This is an amazing use of technology.

GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer is fantastic. In 2 sessions it helped me improve my swing mechanics and gain 10 yards. One of the best golf improvement tools I have used and seen.

I started golfing about 3 yrs ago in my mid 50s. I have made progress through this time to where I do not lose too many balls and can keep up with pace of play. I’m finally hovering over 100 per 18 holes, which is not too bad seeing I was shooting 120s 4 months ago. My swing is slowly getting better, but GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer just took it to another level. This is like having a coach pointing out the deficiencies in my mechanics and supplying me the right drills that will help. I like GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer but im doing something wring. I hear the beep and it starts count down but im not gettint the videos? What am i not doing?

I have been using it for a month. Love it. My friends are pretty convinced and installed this their self analysis. Working out combining with Garmin R10 or Rapsodo mlm2pro!

The title is true, it’s literally the best golf app I’ve ever used. It appears to be totally free, too, which I’m astonished by given the depth of analysis, tips, and capabilities. 5 stars

Just tried six of these and this is by far the best. Analytics are great. The others all want a subscription.

I rarely write review for apps, but I am writing a review for this one because it is a fantastic app! Playing golf two years and having all sorts of issues in my swing. Now I feel like I found my savior.

I honestly would feel better if they took some of my money - after 10 minutes, I was searching around inside GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer for how to buy the full version or pay the monthly fee.
This is what Swing Profile wants to be when it grows up and gets a real job.

I can finally swing with purpose as I try to work on specific issues. Before it was playing back my own recordings and trying to figure out my issues but now I have actual visual feedback with links to instructional videos and side-by-side comparisons with a pro swing. I’m looking forward to taking this to the driving range so I can be more deliberate about my practice.

GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer is absolutely a must if you want your golf swing to improve. I knew what my problems were but GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer made it easy to understand the origin of the faults and how to correct them. I can’t believe GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer is free. I get an error message every time I try to download my videos but I still think GolfFixAIGolfSwingAnalyzer is so useful, it deserves 5 stars. Again, I am blown away at how helpful this free app has already been for my golf swing.
