I’m unable to withdraw my funds

For the past weeks I have purchased bitcoin and the money refused to be available for withdrawal i think this is kind of trick to rip us off pls I need someone too assisting me about how to get my funds out of this app from 5 day too 10days now still no sign of withdrawal that crazy and most of us are losing it.
