Sadly Listen cannot separate the text between columns.
Listen - Text To Speech Works Great!

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 15.0 - Listen works great. I was using another text to speech app but it had limitations on its input sources. What I like about Listen is that I can input text by typing, camera, or importing a PDF. Listen has a small file size, and easy to use interface. My thanks to the developer for a well thought out app that is easy to use. Job well done!
