When I try to sign in using my epic games account it says there is an issue. Since I haven't been able to use the app at all

To resolve RealityScan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the RealityScan App
1. On android, goto Settings » RealityScan » click [Force Stop]

Clear RealityScan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » RealityScan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart RealityScan.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click RealityScan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto RealityScan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch RealityScan
