Buggy AP clearly from Medieval times
Not sure how Trinity can call this a virtual guided tour. Spent the first thirty minutes trying to get the AP to play and it finally started but then glitched out within 10 min. Each segment would start playing then cut out and revert back to o another segment of the tour . Got zero info from the speaker and just ended up reading everything . Waste of time and ruined the experience .

Worst app I’ve ever seen.
Worst app I’ve ever tried to use. Tried is the key word here. Nothing on this app worked at all. Audio tour wouldn’t play, app crashed every time I tried opening it, no WiFi available on campus so you have to download using data.

How can apple allow their users to have this experience. Trinity college needs to get an IT departmwnt and software coders to create a better experience for visitors.
