Myvoloco account was hacked when my phone was stolen for me it was downloaded into my Android I do believe it was either under Michelle or Brielle under my icon the login information and everything was stolen for me as well I'm pretty sure I tried to go into a new vocal app on to this phone however I mean I stopped paying for the other one cuz the phone was stolen so I'm pretty sure that it's suspended I do not know my original login info because the phone was stolen and I had the information written down inside my purse and a appointment planner notebook with phone numbers passwords and things to that nature and that was stolen as well I need to recover my original login info so that way when I'm ready to start paying on my local app and I get another part-time job that I can log in and resume the account that I did have I need help recovering the login information for what I'm ready to go back on to the local I'm not going to utilize my local app on this phone until I get the proper information and start paying on it again but the problem is is that I need my original login info the tracks that I did have saved as well we're on my other phone all of it was stolen for me the female refuses to admit that she stole it I stopped paying for it so I know it was suspended and I was just wondering how would I recover the original login info and the original tracks that I had on it my contact email is above on that's my current contact email the original login email is different because I no longer have that cell phone so I don't even remember which email was on it but I mean I need the original login information and unfortunately I don't know I stopped paying on it so I know it was suspended and I know that once it's suspended that nobody can you know do anything with it and probably the original should be canceled out I'm thinking so that way I could just reopen it when I'm ready to on this phone but I mean I try to report it and I was told that I was crazy in that my local app didn't exist then they told me it was like tick talk and I was like no you have to pay for it so I mean I don't know how to explain this but I just need to know what the original login info is or if it could be found and just canceled out until I'm ready to reopen with the loco was the stuff was stolen from me and I still haven't replaced everything an entirety that was stolen from me there was no police report because I was denied you know the right to file a police report in my area due to a claim that I was just doing it for attention which is really not important and this issue but I want to make sure that either that the local account is closed out I can give my date of birth and you know my information because that is required when you log into the loco and purchase the loco and pay for voloco I have no problem doing that but I can't remember the login info and I just want to make sure that the other individual doesn't try to either run up a bill on my logo or try to access it it would probably be safer enough for me to just go ahead and just cancel that one out and then just open it another one when I'm ready to I don't I don't know where the other phone is so I mean if somebody could get back to me that would be awesome because you know that's really s***** I mean I don't think you pay for tick tock I mean this is like a little bit different than just a toy I mean you have to pay for this so I mean you know I don't know if you pay for tick tock or not but this is like a little tiny mini studio in your phone which I was told I was full of s*** that I didn't have but I mean it's just for amateur people who like to do you know stuff in their spare time but you know somebody stole the phone so I just need to know how to make sure that that gets canceled out and so everything's clear so when I have the means and the time to open another one I could just do that I guess so if you can get back to me at your convenience that would be okay with me thank you so much and the original email I don't remember it so I just provided the email that I currently have so somebody could get back to me concerning the issue thank you so much and have a wonderful day

I feel that your program and your announcements about the program are retarded because if it's supposed to be a 7-Day trial then why are you people still trying to Bill me 14 days later for this application if it was a 7-Day trial I'm not happy and I'm starting to feel like y'all are just some disrespectful people who don't care about your consumers that's why they're so many complaints as of yet if I wanted the app I would have paid for the app for you guys to still keep trying to take money from my card we are going to be having a very big problem if y'all do not stop.

I paid for my monthly subscription and you haven't opened up all the features on the app why is that I don't just give resident cavity money I see you guys raise your prices you should be getting enough money but you're not going to take mine either you refund my money or you open up the all of the features on the app. You got a whole lot of nerves because my subscription is not due again until April 17th and we're nowhere near that now this is the second time

I use beatmaker3 to make all my songs. The voloco app works fine with ear buds that have a built in mic.... BUT, when I go to try out my nice microphone which has a port for headphones so I can hear myself , I go thru all the same setup ways on beatmaker3 which allowed me to record on headphones with that crappy mic built into it and it wont allow me to record with my expensive microphone. Do I need an Interface? What's the deal? If I can only record with cheap headphone mics then I think it's time to unsubscribe

i’m actually trying to take music and singing seriously on this app and this app just keeps making me doubt myself this app is absolutely horrible unless you wanna be a rapper but other than that this is the worst app ever I don’t know what all these good reviews are about you guys are literally getting paid to write good reviews i’m telling the truth this app is absolutely horrible you can’t do anything there’s no autotune this is only good if you wanna be a rapper if you buy this I am so sorry you should get a full refund this app will only scam you it’s the worst app in the whole entire world if you want to be a rapper then this app is for you if you’re trying to take music seriously and sing seriously then yeah don’t get this app it’s a waste of your time it takes of your storage just delete this if you have it, it takes up so much storage and worst app in the world.

Recent Update issue(s) still exist, Waiting for “It’s Fixed Update”

An example of 1 issue. I open the App & It allows me to listen to beats until I find one that “speaks” to me. Then I press the “select” button, which takes me to the recording page and the App FREEZES on the Recording Screen. It forces you to restart. I had to Restart the App again & again, still the same results. I’ve Uninstalled & Reinstalled the App many times, it continues to freeze when I try to Record using a Voloco beat or a beat/music I created or just any random beat in my music folder. The Recording Screen FREEZES (or Freezes Up). I hope the New Update fixes this serious issue. I just received a 1 Year Subscription. I want to start using it ASAP. Voloco is my Favorite Recording App that has features that makes a decent Singer sound Good with the right settings, music and arrangement, of course. 🙂✌️

Of course, they’ve “updated” the app.

4+ stars fell to 2+. This app used to be worth your time and even the features provided by the free version was all you needed for just about any quick project. However, they just couldn’t resist and recently did what all developers do....and they broke it. What’s astonishing is that it likely took a full team of individuals to evaluate the new changes and accumulatively decide to render those changes. Many of these alterations were driven by greed and intemperance, others just out of incompetence. It’s a shame you can’t (easily) run an older version of the app. I’ve deleted the app for now and I will check back in the future to see if the common sense of this development team has been reinstated.
