I am a new trader and I wanted to try out their apps, first of all there is no customer support to reach out if you need help with something. Second of all I did the monthly subscription and they stated if you don’t want to to renew for another month you will still have access for the month you already paid. Well that is a lie, because I paid for the monthly subscription and decided to cancel because I did not want to get charge for another month. They cut all my access to the app while I did not even try their signals not even once. Paid for a full month for nothing ??? Y’all need to stop ripping people hard money off.

Just to clarify out of the last 34 swing trades to close on this app 14 have been winning trades when hitting the stop price and being closed. The total profit of all trades if buying one contract is $1,078. Roughly $31 profit per trade and 41% win rate. The app advertises that it has a higher win rate because it moves trades into the closed column at the suggested sell price. Not the stop loss price that it said to close the trade at. So if you open the trade when they suggest and close when it hits the stop loss you can profit. But not as much as they make it out to be. The app makes it look like they won 22 of the last 34 (64%}trades for $2,899 or $85 profit per trade.

Most if not all positions are negative, I’m the red and get stopped out quickly. Would make more sense to display the strategy behind each move for more clarity. Blindly following these trades will cost you thousands
