I like how everything is set up for Pallo. I’ve been using it to track my finances and invoices for my small business. It would be a 5 star review if I didn’t keep experiencing network issues with Pallo. I have had 3 instances, the third currently happening, where I can’t login to Pallo due to an app error which puts me behind in getting my invoices and financing done, which is unacceptable. There is no app support or customer service I can talk to about figuring this issue out. I can’t even cancel my plan because there is no website/link so I’ll just be charged for nothing. Every time I email, the email address is wrong that’s listed. They don’t have a website that works either so I’m very frustrated at this point. I’m already looking into using a different app because it’s ridiculous at this point.
I think they went out of business and continue to charge a monthly subscription fee. I’ve had issues this entire year and had to contact tech support anytime I needed to log in because Pallo wouldn’t work. Moving to Wave immediately.

Pallo has changed my life. Every small maker, vintage-slanger, antique dealer, freelancer NEEDS Pallo. I was doing everything by hand - NO MORE! My business is small but growing and Pallo has completely eliminated my anxiety surrounding bookkeeping. I feel empowered!! Its simple and intuitive. The interface is very user-friendly and support for my questions has been fantastic. I really appreciate the quality customer support - its the best i’ve ever seen. I have felt heard and supported as I use Pallo .
The transaction categories are IRS categories and they are easy to tag and classify. The reports are FANTASTIC and will make tax time a breeze for me. I look forward to the work the this app team will continue to do to make Pallo even better. Its seriously the best.
I really like Pallo so far. I love that it lets you separate all of you personal and business accounts so you can see them separately. I usually have to use two separate quickbooks accounts to do this and pay two subscription fees. This is a great feature for sole proprietors. I do wish there was the ability to customize the categories and to use a desktop.
Pallo is so awesome and time-saving! Not only is everything extremely intuitive, there are tips and quick to-dos to help you get started and maximize your money and taxes. The auto-categorizing is PHENOMENAL. It is mind-blowing how accurate it is. It's so easy to track and filter each and every transaction and saves So Much Time. Love Pallo!
Pallo has been very easy to use, and really helps me keep track of my expenses. It is really helpful as a first time self-employed person. Also, the owner and those who work for him are very helpful people and they obviously really care about the success of Pallo, company, and idea. Very good job to the developers as well. Pallo looks great!
I signed up and reached out for support and received a call from Sanin one of the founders of this app. Sanin took the time to address my question and help me understand the platform. I am beyond impressed by that. In a day when you cannot get support easily from apps, I received support from a founder. Super impressive!
Quickbooks is buggy, and they’ve been dragging their feet on time tracking. These guys have it out of the gate, and the UI/IX is the best of any small business app I’ve used.
Such a great app! Love that I can pinpoint any transaction with a simple search, log my receipts, and categorize transactions. User friendly and much better features than Mint.
