How to fix PickUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PickUp app on iPhone
Update PickUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PickUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PickUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PickUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PickUp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PickUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PickUp App
1. On android, goto Settings » PickUp » click [Force Stop]

Update PickUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PickUp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PickUp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PickUp.

Fix PickUp unable to contact server/ PickUp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PickUp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PickUp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PickUp
