I have already been unable to access my account for about 6 months, so I kindly ask you to review my request and respond as soon as possibleI am writing regarding my WePlay account, which is linked to my Gmail address muhamadimranx@redacted. I am from Pakistan and used to access this account from an Android Vivo phone. I created and started using this WePlay account about 1 to 1.5 years ago and had reached Diamond rank, which is very important to me. Around 6 months ago, a friend stole my ID and changed the phone number on my WePlay account to his cousin’s number without my permission. Since then, I have been unable to log in, because WePlay now asks for SMS verification and the one‑time password is sent to that other number. The SIM card that was originally linked to my account is lost, and I no longer have access to it, so I cannot receive any verification codes on my own number. I have managed to recover my Gmail account, but I still cannot access my WePlay account because of the SMS code requirement. I cannot log in to contact support from inside the app, and I am stuck outside my account even though it is originally mine and I played on it for a long time. I kindly request your help to verify that I am the real owner of this WePlay account and to change the registered phone number from my friend’s cousin’s number back to a new number that belongs to me, or to provide any alternative verification method so I can recover my account and my Diamond rank. I never made a user id either. Ive spent money and was at level 21, with 5k gold😫 spent so many hours on this game, is there a way to get my account back? Do the developers really care about anyone but money? I’ve been on this app less than a week and came across people bullying kids and others telling them they want them to die and encouraging them to slit there wrists , being racist to others , being sexist and downright rude , disrespectful and mean to others for no reason and when I report these people all I get is “we investigate and found nothing wrong.” I even heard someone made another person cry and they do absolutely nothing . The developers should be ashamed of themselves for ignoring and allowing this . I want to thing to do with such vile behavior so I will be deleting this app and encourage others to do so.

i wish i could give this app 0 stars. but i been on this app for almost a year which is sad.i downloaded it for mic grab. and soon found out there’s more to the app than just that. i began going into ‘voice rooms’. in some of said voice rooms. children and or adults will be going inappropriate acts. i’ve been in several voice rooms i had to leave due to the disgusting stuff they’d be doing. the amount of children on this app daily that get groomed is so sad to see. and the worst thing is people who have “charm” or “crowns” on their profile defend the people who are exploiting children. you also have grown adults BEGGING children to drop something called red packs. in which the kids do it to seem cool. and they use their parents cards and get into trouble. also. the gifts on this app half the time do not give you enough “gold payback”. I've seen several people drop gifts that are worth 10k-150k gold which is $12-$150 in the us. and get like 20 or 50 gold in return. i get it says random amount but that is insane. and then people post things on here called “moments” most of them are not harmful or offensive. but a lot of the time. people post inappropriate and offensive things towards one another. and then only get their account banned for 24 hours. although this app was meant to be fun. since i’ve gotten it it’s been nothing but money being lost, seeing literal weirdos get praised, and children who shouldn’t even be on here getting hurt.
