First, I have had zero problems with TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou . I've set up my own Equalizer and everything is crisp and balanced. Very easy to use App. There IS just one thing I feel I should talk about. Not really a complaint but I have heard, in more than one of their in app sound tracks, the symphonic Music of PINK FLOYD, the song TIME. Maybe I set my equalizer too good. The song is very faint but I'm a Pink Floyd fan and have listened to the symphonic Pink Floyd album thousands of times. The song is there, try and find it amongst the sounds of rivers, birds and crickets.

Audio equalizer is super customizable, allows you to save your own settings. Bass can be customized to get fairly deep( if you’re like me and bass is a must for your ears). You don’t have to keep TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou in the background to save your equalizer settings either! There’s also easier access to customer support through TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou . Overall I’m very impressed, especially considering the price range for these earbuds. They didn’t have to put much effort into an equalizer app, but even the UI is sleek.

First me say that l love Tozo. You just can’t beat their products for the price. The absolute best thing about Tozo is the people that work there. Those people stand by their products. They don’t give a big hassle on warranty claims like most companies do. They do what they say. That means a lot.
That being said. Why in the world is Tozo tracking my purchases, financial information, contacts and stuff through TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou ? Why? TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is a must for my Tozo X1 Goldens, S3 smartwatch and now my PA-2 Bluetooth speaker. So, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed that Tozo is spying on me like this.

There is an update for TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou (which has never worked with my pros) . However, whe. You tap the “update” in TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou it takes you to the Apple App Store and my only option is to “open” (because it is already installed) TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou ?? I removed and reinstalled and the newly downloaded app still pops up with a prompt to upgrade which again takes me to TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou Store with no option to upgrade.

Ear buds (the pros) are good for the money…. TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is complete useless and has not worked in the month I have owned these. Note I have the newest and best model so TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou should support.

From TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou to the device themselves I have yet to have a bad experience. In a market where you never know what to expect TOZO products are unbelievably worth it. The quality of the headphones and buds are on par with other brands but at a much better price. Loads of customization and simplicity for those who are new it all. 10 out of 10 I will continue to buy and support!

As the title says, it’s disappointing that TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou supports the other versions of the nc9 except the plus. This is important because you can’t turn off ANC once it’s on with the plus model without TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou. It’s strange because you’d think the programming to support the plus version would be trivial since they are basically identical to the other versions, the case is the main difference.

This would be so useful and it’s really disappointing that you’re sort of punished for buying the nicest model of the series.

UPDATE: Looks and works perfectly on my iPad! Turns out this is a really GOOD APP! I connected easily and was able to use all the features, which are really good actually. My complaint is that with my iPhone (model) SE, I can’t see everything on each screen. I’ll have to try it on my iPad to see if that’s any better. Wish I could include screenshots.

I purchased the Tozo T20 headphones and downloaded TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou as it says it was supported. The headphones sound terrible out of the box and I changed the EQ settings and am pretty happy with how they sound now. No issues with TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou working correctly with my headphones. Once you change the EQ settings you do not need to keep TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou open on your phone.

I have purchased 4 different Tozo earbuds, and all failed to deliver on a crisp and clear microphone communication when calling three different phones; everyone complained about a very muffled and unclear sound. Obviously, the next step let's try their app, and the results? Well leys say I would have scored -5 if it was on the scale. From an audio perspective they are fairly decent, and I like the various modes specially the ANC mode when traveling, I will be returning the T12Pro, NC7Pro, NC9plus, and NC9Pro I will stick with my original NC9 decent sound and that's it.
Very disappointing

TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou works great with X1 Golden with cool special features. It works for NC9 also. But every other model of earbuds appear to be unrecognizable. It’s a shame because the x1 and NC are awesome. Only complaint is that if your expensive X1s, there is no way to track them or a beep to locate them. AirPods are trackable andcostthe same as X1. Please fix.

I’ve owned beats, (expensive) Samsung, (expensive!) & apple which is also expensive! They never had the amount of time in use and the lil charge time Tozo has! I can talk to someone while still watching something or listening to music! The others…. No! On top of that, I only paid $30 for them so I’m definitely rating this 5 stars!

I recently purchased the Tonal T12 earbuds. They sound good as is but have TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou equalizer enhances the sounds and you are able to create and save your own equalizer settings.

I was a little disappointed that some of the settings as shown in the AppStore app photos are not for all TOZO earbuds (or at least I haven’t found them yet) like the noise cancellation setting, for example.

One update I would like to see with TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is compatibility with the iPad landscape mode. I do listen to music and stream TV on my iPad but TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou only works in portrait mode.

Adding noise canceling settings for the Tonal T12 and iPad landscape mode would make this a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app 👍

Such an easy interface to use. The sound quality is superb for consumer-level listening. The noise cancellation features are impressive. The comfort quality is also quite pleasant.

I have multiple TOZO products which and I appreciate TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou providing a way to customize them to match my needs. Today it notified me of an update for my new HT2 headphones. TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is easy to use.

Even though it’s not listed the previous version seems to work with my T6. Really good app

I’ve always been a fan of Tozo headphones. TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is a great addition to the headphones and I enjoy the ability to choose different sound effects as well as monitor battery life.

Everything is good but takes to long to install. I had to sit here for an hour! After a long long time of waiting I finally had it installed. But otherwise everything’s good nothing bad that has happened.

An app that can’t even support all its models and make it to where every costumer who buys Tozo can use TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou to customize the settings….is a pretty useless app. These buds are still great but very limited in its ability to customize the controls and sound. Tozo then makes it even more difficult and limited for users to customize sounds by….making only a few devices compatible for the Tozo app. Wow

I literally have to delete and reinstall TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou every single time I want to pair it with the Tozo NC7 earbuds. Because each new time I want to do so, it simply cannot be made to pair. My phone itself pairs with the NC 7 buds each time, just fine, to play audio etc.
However, if I want to use TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou to turn on noise cancelling mode, I first need to delete and reinstall TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou .... Every. Single. Time.

I have the T10s and they are more than I expected. For the low price they equal any of the top brands but by far more in features. Most aren’t as waterproof, not as long a battery and these sound great.

I only really downloaded TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou for the eq settings… that was it. And for the price point of these buds that I got, I expected way less than what was on TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou . TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou is extremely user friendly, and on par with my jbl/sony buds and application that I have… but for a third of the price. Not much for me to be dissatisfied with!

I purchased these Tonal Dots to use as back-ups for my more expensive earbud’s. (I am famous for temporarily losing them at least once a week.) I didn’t expect them to have such a good quality sound.

They are also light weight and are very comfortable. I can wear them for hours and not have them hurt my ears.

Good price + good sound + good comfort = great value. What more can you ask for?

Just because you don’t know how to work it doesn’t mean it doesn’t work I have a NC9 TOZO earbuds. And they were perfectly fine with TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou . Just because you don’t see it listed doesn’t mean you cannot connect it. You can adjust all the EQ and everything that you want. You cannot do this with AirPods, Which is a huge plus because it also comes with active noise cancellation

The eq is pretty customizable and definitely impacts the sound. I also like that TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou gives more options for different levels of noise cancellation.

Wife has AirBud knock off, but one of the better ones. I got a great deal on the Tozos on Black Friday, so I treated myself after reading up on them and being pleased with what I found.

The Verdict - Wow! I'm totally blown away. I wasn't expecting that at all. Incredibly intelligent system, great sound and even has a customizable EQ in TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou . They beat the wannabe AirBuds all hollow and start nipping at the heels of my "go to" old school, wired, high-end Denon ear buds. The Bluetooth aspect of the Tozos is a big upgrade for me. I'm always at the end of the trend... Windows 7 with Office 2003 and the ORIGINAL MS Paint. I digress.... The proof of the face off is which ones I use the most. The Tozos! Settling in watch a movie by myself, it's the Denons. I pause the movie, remove the wired buds and then hit the fridge or whatever. It's easy. However, on a daily basis, if I want to watch TV or listen to some classic rock or oldies while I'm doing something else, it's the Tozozs. Honestly, any difference in the richness and/or accuracy between the two is nominal and not of any (or enough of) consequence, especially when they're 1/4 the price of the classic Denons.
I'm giving the TOZO-NC7 five stars. I'm a grumpy old man, a true skeptic and very difficult to please. They've earned it. I'm pleased.

I have a pair of NC2 earbuds which have weird touch controls that are impossible to disable. I always keep it out of noise cancelling mode, but the touch controls are weird so it turns on itself. So, I had to do something about it, and I downloaded TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou hoping for a solution. But what I thought could be an efficient solution to avoid this situation just turned out to be something that doesn’t even log my device. Also, they have them in the store inside TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou , which makes it even more ridiculous considering they won’t connect despite me trying all the steps given. I’ve read the reviews and each and every review referring to the NC2s are negative, and they are experiencing the exact same problem. Now I have to put up with this annoying issue with noise canceling mode turning on and off by completely random things.

I have been with Toto for 2 years with my T6, and I original wanted to try the T9s but I saw the Nc2 and the T20s which in my opinion would be the best headphones if they were fully water proof(I take showers and swim with my T6 so I want the same thing) and I want them to have a gaming mode and better noise canceling(The noise cancelling is already amazing but I have seen complaints about calls being messed up because of the ANC mode not being strong enough. I also want them to add a gaming mode. Other than this, I love tozo and for higher prices, we will likely see the best earbuds this world has ever seen.

I like being able to change the “sound effect” to bring out the treble. But I’m using it with the TOZO-PA1 speaker and not ear pods. It’s annoying that it turns down the volume on my ringtone (assuming I have something in my ears). I have to turn up the volume again so I will hear my alerts or phone ringer. I wish TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou recognized it is connected to a speaker so it shouldn’t turn down the ringer volume.

TOZO over heads sound good, app and ANC work great as well as Bluetooth., long battery run time. Some very minor stuff that’s probably just me, so I am not complaining as long as they don’t brake on me. Actually for the price you just can’t go wrong.

So I first got TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou because I had to Pozo headphones I highly recommend it tells you what percent your headphones are on charge. It’s awesome if you have to go to settings and Bluetooth just connect your headphones to your phone I highly recommend once again.

Been using Tozo for years. So glad there is an app now with an eq. TOZOtechnologysurroundsyou works flawlessly with my a1 earbuds and my over ear ht2 I just bought. The over ears are a steal for the price they are asking and the A1 is perfect for taking to work. Well done Tozo. Keep up the good work.

The brand stands by their products abcs their earbuds are fantastic. I have purchased allot of earbuds and I am as you would say a earbuds/headphones collector and my recent purchase of the tozo tonal dots/T12s are great. The fact that app support comes with these earbuds knocks them out of the park. I will for sure be investing in more tozo products. Thanks Tozo……..
