The new "Sky Quest" mini-game is a total SCAM. Explain why I'm on the last island before winning and it says there are 4 players left, then when I pass the level It suddenly changes to 7 people and says I'm sharing the "reward" with 6 other people (instead of 3) so the prize drops! SUPER SCAM!! (Just happened AGAIN so not a one-off, this game CHEATS YOU by design!) This time I had already WON with only 3 other people but it wouldn't give me the reward. When I played another game, I watched as it changed right before my eyes too "you won" with 3 other players, to "you won" with 6 other players and THEN it paid the prize. DELETING to find a non-cheating game that won't make me want to break my phone.
Also: I played this game for well over a year, maybe two, and looked online several different times, NEVER have I been able to find or figure out what the "+1" booster does. 🤷‍♀️ One of life's mysteries, I guess

My experience is that this game eventually becomes so difficult that you must pay for boosts and to add time. There is no way to pass some of these levels in the time they give. I’ve won my fair of online challenges with other players and am fairly good at this game. It’s just too difficult. You go through lives in minutes yet it takes 30 minutes to earn new ones; or you can request from your teammates. It’s no different from the handful of matching games I’ve played. Eventually they are no longer fun, only frustrating. It really rubs me wrong that they're fine allowing people to sink potentially hundreds of dollars into the game because they’re addicted. I’ve spoken to game developers who admit that game developers know exactly what they’re doing. They know the potential for addiction and some of them are happy to use this knowledge.

Games like this one can be fun, relaxing, and brain-boosting. They become predatory when they’re designed to constantly require money to progress.

I have been playing level 898 for 2 weeks and haven’t been able to get past it. Not only is the timer fast (I’ve tested it against a stop watch and the watch is always at least 5 seconds slower than the game timer) but pieces also seem to move by themselves just to force me to lose despite tapping on the right item. I’ve spent real money a few times to try and beat this level and I still haven’t. This is one of the few levels that is rated as highly difficult that is actually difficult. Usually the ratings are way off and “easy” levels are impossible while many of the super hard ones are actually easy. This is just another game developer trying to milk people for cash by making levels impossible to pass. I’m giving it 2 more days and then I’m deleting the game and telling anyone I know who is also playing that it’s one giant scam and they should go ahead and delete TileMatch3D .

I have spent hundreds of dollars playing this game. A few days ago I had a messy about abnormal coin amount. The last tournament I played hundreds of games and barely got anywhere. Today I open the game and there is another message. I hade over 6000 coins and you took over 3000 of my coins. I paid for these coins. I love this game but how could you take aprox 3000 coins from me. I purchased the 99$ pack yesterday. I should be given those coins back. I will have to delete this game, I have spent so much money on it. I can’t believe this has happened. Why? I waited to post this until I received feedback from my complaint. I was told that they took my coins because I had more than were mine. I’m confused, how could I get coins that I didn’t buy or earn? What did I do, steal them. This was wrong and everyone that plays this game should know what can happen after buying a 99$ bundle and have 3000 coins taken from them.

Oct. 28th - I’m updating my post of 1 week ago. I haven’t heard anything from developers or (unsupportive) support, game still won’t load. It makes me angry that I played this game a long time (level 1000+), recommended it to others, yet the Powers That Be that created this game DON’T CARE. They love to contact you when things are great, constantly hounding you for 5 star reviews, but when there are problems? Total silence, ignoring both you & the issues/bugs reported. I’m going to contact everyone I’ve ever recommended this game to & advise them not to waste any more time (& especially no more $$$) on this bug-riddled crappy game. This experience has made me believe what others have said, that the rating advertised by the developers are self-inflated using dummy accounts, because there is NO WAY this game, with its constant bugs & glitches, has truly achieved that many 5 star reviews. Okay, my verbal vomit is over, & sorry it’s so lengthy, but I do feel (a tiny bit) better. Best of luck to those still able to play the game.

After downloading the update, the game isn’t playable. It will load for about 5-10 seconds then crashes. I can’t put in a support ticket, since I can’t access Support. Please advise what I should do. I’m giving 1 star due to the current unplayable state, but will up it to 4 or 5 when issue corrected. Thanks

Great game, but hate a few things about it so going to go to another similar game due to these reasons: 1)Daily counter resets for NO REASON. Could play it 12 days in a row and come back on day 13 and back to day 1 prize. 2)You do the sky quest and make it to the top, but don’t win the 1,000 coins. YOU HAVE TO SPLIT IT with whomever (bot or human) makes it there too. So, if 20 people make it - you walk away with 50 coins. Not worth it as you most likely will need to use some special items to get there only to be hosed. DOES NOT SAY THAT ANYWHERE EITHER, so talk about slap in the face. 3) I have completed 850 levels and have not seen any new puzzle. NOT ONE! ALWAYS THE SAME. NEVER SEEN ANY OF THE ONES IN THE TRAILER EXCEPT the original one where you just match three objects. 4)Super cheap with ALL THE PRIZES for any contest. If you want people to keep playing it, need to have better incentives. The more people play, the more they might actually spend real money on it. True shame as it has the potential to be a really great game.

Update:
You know you have problems with this game but to shut us up you blame on WiFi so everyone on my team has WiFi issues huh? I don’t believe you. Why would the issues only be on the X lives tab or the team tab. If it was legit my internet I would have issues with the entire game. And my team mates would tell me it’s only on my side but they don’t. They say-same issues here too.
Just fix it.

I originally gave a favorable review but I take it all back. I’m trying unsuccessfully to get to my team and I am unable to get to my lives. Team-can’t leave a msg, can’t request lives. Extra lives have not been listed for hours now. It just keeps saying time out. This has been an issues that keeps getting worse. Enough is enough already. If you want people to play your game you must put the time in to fix the issues or you won’t have players. We’ll go to other games

I was spending money in the game. The game had a technical glitch (crashed and game disappeared in the middle of playing a level) causing chest perks I received from a purchase to go to waste since it caused me to then fail multiple events. All I was looking for was a reimbursement of 2 items from the chest I unlocked that was wasted which were: 1 hour Magnet and 1 hour clock.

Because the game support has not accepted accountability for the game error by not providing appropriate compensation almost a month later , I am no longer spending even 1 dollar on this game and have not spent anything since that issue occurred. I will consider spending again only if they make things right.

I have been playing this game since end of November. The technical glitch (game crashing in a middle of a level) only happened twice. That night when I clicked on the rewards chest in the middle of multiple competitions and then again 24 hours later. The game has not crashed since. So maybe the game was in the middle of an update at that time.

I have purchased many 3X matching games as it is a stress reliever for me. This does the exact opposite. I love a good challenging game but not a frustratingly impossible one. Some levels are ridiculously hard and if you don’t get it the first try, they instantly penalize you and take any bonuses you have earned and put you back at square one. I tried the free version for a bit and yes, the ads were ridiculous, but they are all on free versions of games. So, I bought it, thinking (hoping) that it would be a little more forgiving. Not at all. If you don’t solve a level within your allotted “lives” they penalize you again and won’t let you play for 15-20 minutes unless you buy more lives. I already paid for the &$#,! game, don’t charge me again to play it. I have uninstalled and moved on to more pleasant games.

I don’t know why this has 4.9 stars. Highly suspicious. The greatest thing about it is the advertising is minimal. It clicks and makes a sound when you make a selection. The problem is sometimes you get that feedback and the item doesn’t actually get selected. So if you’re moving quickly you think you’ve made your three item match, but you actually haven’t, and then you’ve exceeded the capacity of the item tray and lose your round. This happens to me about as often as I successfully complete a level. It’s getting so annoying that I’m considering quitting the game.

it also has a weird issue with smaller items where sometimes it just won’t allow you to select them at all. I will be touching the screen dozens of times right on top of an item with nothing else around it and the item will not get selected. I have to press my finger on the screen and hold it down for a second or two for the item to get selected. Selecting items in this way guarantees that you will run out of time.

It’s literally the only way to get past some super hard levels, however if you play the levels long enough they usually get easier. I’m at the most abusive level I’ve encountered so far, where it’s all tiny bugs and there’s just no way to get past it without spending mega bucks that I can see. Even if I could do that, it’s just not fun anymore. It’s completely frustrating. I don’t mind spending a little money once in awhile but there is little to no payback with this game. It would be more fun to stand in front of a firing squad.
If you go slow enough to remove the bugs three at a time, you time out. This game will tax your eyesight too so don’t bother. What is the incentive for winning? More impossible levels. I’m keeping my money and uninstalling it … finding something that is actually fun. I can just imagine the developers laughing at us. Don’t waste your time, eyesight, and money on this.

Like many games it’s fun to start and addictive. I really enjoy the game itself. There are several issues. If you have time to play you don’t always get lives to play. The more you level up the more lives you will need on difficult levels that are hard. You can make a purchase but unless you screen shot what it is first thee is no where later to verify what you bought. It glitches, whether the game or my iPad. If you get stuck on a level you have two choices , keep trying until you cry, or spend money that may or may not give you anything. I just paid 9.99 finished that round and couldn’t play anymore. It wouldnt let me. So fun but 100% this is not about you enjoying thier game it’s about how much $$ they can get you to spend. Feedback option is a waste of time and no real place to ask them questions.

I enjoyed the game, but it’s a money pit. For example, if you need an extra 60 seconds on the clock, it costs 100 coins. That may not sound like much, but since it costs $9.99 for 300 coins, it works out to $3 if you can’t finish in time. Still need more time. It jumps up to 150 coins, of $5. Need more boosts (which you will because it’s nearly impossible to do without them on certain levels), it’ll cost you $9.99 for one of each boost. I think I spent about $75 the first two days I played, and I’d need to dump in another $75 to keep playing for a few more days.

I’m disappointed I paid money for this game. I had to buy a game that makes you spend a ton of money. It’s not worth it to me. It’s a $75 + lesson I learned the hard way. I’ll be deleting TileMatch3D .

I liked this game and spent serious bank to play. And while there are several on here who’ve stated being really high in levels, I’m under 500, (but I’m also new to the game). When the last $50 I spent only lasted a day, I knew something was up, but continued to play without boosters. It was impossible. Simply impossible to get through a “super hard” level without spending more money.
What’s even more crappy is there’s no “how to” guide to help u understand, say, how the blue roses work, or the lightbulb, or hook like looking thing.
So, if u like to fly blind and play games without tutorials, and play games that become impossible to play without spending more money, and, from what I’ve seen on here, enjoy being ignored when reaching out to the company with valid concerns or often borderline fraudulent and/or unethical complaints from other users, then by all means…download TileMatch3D!! Me? I’ll cross fingers and see if they respond. If not, then I’m outta here.

I loved his game - and didn’t mind the ads- even though the ‘preview’ and ads for it in other games shows game play that ISN’T in the actual game. There are no actual 3D games. When I started playing there were daily game tools that you could earn by watching the obligatory ads. These tools were necessary to get through the hard levels and some levels would use two or three days worth of daily tools. I haven’t purchased the ‘ad free’ version but somehow my account has it. I love not having to watch the ads in the game but I also lost the opportunity to earn the extra daily items as they went away with the ads. The super hard levels are too hard to get through without these and it takes too long to earn them otherwise. I haven’t played in weeks but continue to collect the other daily item that you earn by checking in each day and helping team mates to slowly earn coins so that eventually I can play for a while and then go back to just checking in each day.

I have become addicted to this game, which I have had only for a couple of months. I do have two complaints, though: 1) that it is ridiculously easy to accidentally tap an item you didn’t mean to, which I can understand when I’m on my iPhone using my finger, but I would think that using an Apple pencil on an iPad would make for more delicate, specific touches; and 2) I have a tendency to forget to keep track of the available spaces below, and often find myself out of space, which I know is my own fault. BUT having said that, there are many times when I KNOW I had two available spaces left, but after touching the items needed to complete a match, I find the game ended with the notification that I’m out of space. The problem is that I can’t see where I went wrong (if I did) because that space is not only grayed out but entirely blocked by an ad. Can’t you run the ad separately so the players can at least see what mistakes they made?

UPDATE: I still love this game but continue to be frustrated when I can’t see where I went wrong once I’m out of space, because it is grayed out when it isn’t blocked completely by an ad. Am I the only one who finds this annoying?

Good game but doesn’t look like the review pictures. There are some improvements they could make that would make it better. When it offers to add 60 seconds for 100 coins you should be able to click on something that lets you see the screen to see how close you are to finishing so you can decide if it’s worth it. Same thing for clearing the boxes. Also some games have too many items that are so close in color or shape with a small difference that you can’t see till you chose it. For example the yellow apples and the yellow ball. The mini games look nothing like the mini games in the reviews they are boring. There is no 3D tower like in the ads and reviews. This game is good but could be a lot better

At the end of a game, it crashed when I pressed to play the next game. The spinning circle appeared so I closed the game. When I opened it about an hour later, it was still spinning so I deleted the game. Yes, I saw that I would lose my data, however, as it has happened in other games, I would be remembered so I wasn’t concerned at the time. I downloaded it again and everything was lost. Even putting in my user name did not bring me back. I pressed the restore button in settings and tried re-entering my user name but nothing happened. I had purchased the game a few weeks/month ago in order to remove the ads AND I paid the $9.99 this month to have the extra lives. Please help. Thank you.

UPDATE: It happened again! I’m on level 441 and it crashed again. I really like this game but this is the third time it’s crashed so I removed the stars I originally gave it. The game came back on its own the second time after waiting a day. I didn’t ask for a refund last time for the no ads charge, but I will this time. Please fix. iPad is up to date with current Apple version. I wish you would include a help section in the game or some troubleshooting. Thanks.

I really enjoyed playing this game. The colors are brilliant and it offers many items. Very cool but…..of course same ole, same ole. They get me to a certain point and then wham me with a super difficult level with the only way out is to purchase coins. First off the company is already earning money with the advertising they are in contract with so I can’t understand why even though I’m not purchasing more coins, they have to sting you with an impossible level where you can’t go any further. At least they have someone interested in their game watching those advertisements without complaining. Too bad. You’d think the creators/researchers would want you to continue playing for word of mouth and opportunity to remain within that advertising contract. If after a while they lose a percentage of players then where does everyone end up.

I really like this game and have spent way too much money on it. I will stop doing that because the prices are way too high. I also don’t feel the rewards are adequate. I mean you win a hard level but only get a couple of rewards. I understand the rewards found within the game are if you find them, but there aren’t many in there to find. Anyhow, sometimes when I am playing, the time is running but what I choose doesn’t populate. And items are highlighted in yellow. I am not sure what is causing this, but it is happening all of the time now and I lose lives because the time runs out. Also, I have never seen any of the mini games as advertised or shown in the description of TileMatch3D .

There are VERY few games I will pay to play. Most games get boring and do not hold my interest for long. This one - so far after several months - is an exception. I’ve stayed up far too late on work nights playing this game! So it finally occurred to me that perhaps spending $4.99 to eliminate ads would shorten the amount of time I spend playing, so I purchased the option. And it does indeed shorten the amount of time I play, but not necessarily in a good way! Every now and then I hit a super hard level that I get stuck on. The strategy for those levels was to watch the daily ads to earn coins until I had enough to extend the time and pass the level. But once you pay to remove ads, you no longer have the option to earn coins by watching ads. SUPER frustrating! I’m not going to spend money to buy coins, and now I have no way to earn them. All I get now is the single daily gift, which is rarely coins. So each day I’ve got 5 chances to pass the super hard level, and then I’m done until my lives refill. This could easily cause me to lose interest in the game. Please consider keeping the option to earn gifts by watching ads for those who’ve paid to remove ads. All I really wanted to do was stop watching an ad between each game.

I really enjoy this game. I have never paid for a game to not have the adds but I had thought about maybe doing this one because I really enjoy it. but I’ve had a few issues lately that his almost made me stop playing it is the screen keeps freezing up after you play a game it shows the ads the ads are causing the screen to freeze and you have to completely clear the game out because I have an iPad. I have to completely close the screen and cleared off and then open it back up before I can play a game, and that’s like constant lately. There is two games in particular that calls one is a recent ad. The other one was a army fighting game. This one now is looks like fuzzball fighting trying to get to the finish line whatever I hope this makes sense..

I really enjoy playing this game, BUT….the ads are absolutely ridiculous. Tell me why we have to watch an ad every time we pause it?? Why do we have to watch an ad when the game knows we have NO MORE LIVES left? Why do we have to watch an ad before going to the next screen after we have cleared the one before? Why so many ads?? We have to wait for an ad to play before, during and after every thing we do. Please tell us why that’s necessary? It it your way of forcing your players to purchase the game? If that’s the case then why don’t you just cut some of the ads and replace them with a button below the Try Again button that gives us the opportunity to purchase the game. I would have purchased it long ago. I forget there’s even an option to purchase since I’m generally watching tv, or distracted by my 2 dogs. Then I may just accidentally hit the buy button and end up making that purchase. I don’t pay attention to the purchase button in the upper part of the game. Please consider this option. Thank you

WELL, Now I don’t knew about the purchase idea. I just read a review where someone purchased the game but has to wait 30 minutes for 0ne life to play after running out of lives? They said it was to force us to buy lives at an astronomical amount, in which I will NOT EVER DO! So if that’s the case, developers, I will refrain from making any purchases of this game until I know for sure. If this is true, maybe you need to rethink the options.

It’s a good game but Way To Many Ads. It ruins the game. I’m done playing it because of this. I don’t mind watching the ads ( which you must do) to get prizes or extra time. YOU HAVE TO WATCH AN AD AFTER EVERY PLAY. It’s annoying and ruins the game. It makes it to time consuming and just not fun. I’ll play games with less ads. 5 games 5 advertisements. Way to many. I’m not paying to go ad free. They get paid enough for ads. I watch them all the time to get xtra stuff . To me that’s enough. So I’m going to delete this game and not recommend it until they chill on the ads. Maybe an ad every 5 games?????

We absolutely love this match game. There are 50 of us. Otherwise we wouldn’t actually be THE #1 team in USA! But we also hold 1st in the WORLD! TeamMontana! But this game is so messed up now that you keep trying to fix it! It’s worse!!!! I myself have spent an undisclosed amount of money playing to help us get there too! We’re all very devoted! You should be proud to have us represent your game. But you should also get your crap together and fix our posting issues! The Cup Tournament takes and takes and a lot of the time it doesn’t pay out what is allotted! It’s very frustrating! There are numerous other issues that need addressing also. Almost all of us have come to you for help. Please by honest and stop cheating us. And when will the 4.0.7 be available for me and many others? We should all get it at the same time!

I deal with the ads but now for some reason when you get to the point where the ads come up either its a blank page all black or if the ad comes up you hit done and the page turns white with the ad info on the bottom. If you tap that page the previous page comes up with the ad and done in the corner. Nothing is said. You go back and forth to both pages the same thing and i dont know what to do. The only way I found around it was to leave the game and start fres.
Seriously i let the ads play but not its an eternal unmoving page that just sits there. I want to play but this is frustrating. I tried doing an update but it still happens
