Purchase doesn’t upgrade nor do local videos

First of all, I had purchased the old version which was supposed to be for life and now am required to pay more for this “upgrade”. Secondly, I have the old version installed with videos local on my iPad. I assumed this would upgrade the app with everything in tact. Instead, it installed a new version, from the “upgrade suggestion” link on the old app, with no option to move the files from one app to the other. Bummer because I really enjoyed the app. And no, I don’t use iCloud to backup the data due to the space it takes up ..an upgrade should upgrade OR have very clear directions how to move the data within the iPad.

Was bummed when you guys discontinued this app. I had the what I thought to be pro version for life before this happened. Then I was excited when I came across the app again. Just to find out I have to pay for the version I already had. Not even an option to resume the pro version for life, I say again for life. So if I pay the $29 this time what’s to keep you guys from shutting it down and bringing it back then charging another life subscription? The App won’t even let me use it without picking a subscription.

Lost my music

I was using a previous version when suddenly iOS required I download it again after a restore. I downloaded this version but after following several updates it still crashes immediately when I try to open it. I presume there is a conflict with the music folders from the previous version still being on the phone which I can no longer access via iTunes. Lost my music library 😩
