Not working on iPad

I installed this app on iPad Air 2 iOS 14.7.1 and it opens in wrong screen size. First of all it does not support landscape but if it did, the main problem could have been worked around. When clicking to registration ID field onscreen keyboard view opens but it shows only left portion of keyboard so only part of letter 9, is available to enter registration id. Toggling zoom button does not help. The only way to enter email is to type it in some other app and the paste into paneem app

Multiple attempts

This app would be helpful if it would always show the persons face in the oval. It did one time but I didn’t like the photo. So I tried again. The latter portraits never showed the person in the oval space. I only saw it a few seconds later AFTER I took the photo. The app also told me 3 times to try again. So I had to resend photos 3 times. I got a note saying it was submitted. I tried to make an account with the app (separate from verification) and the app said my mother does not exist ! (I had just sent verification - but to get on the app as a customer was not possible ).
