Never had an issue with the previous version. They now require 2FA and the update won’t authenticate with either the third-party “Authy” App or text. I called into tech support. Day 1 I waited 45 mins and two people picked up just to put me on hold before the system disconnected me. Day 2 I waited 30 mins the tech admitted there were technical problems and all he could offer is the location of a branch? If I go to a branch it’ll be to close my account. If you screwed up and put out a bad product then roll back to the previous version.

I downloaded app after the update now whenever I try to sign in it says session timed out. What good are the updates if I can’t get in to use them?

I was logged out because of an authentication error and now it’s acting like it doesn’t want to let me log in, the representative can’t even find my account anymore

I haven’t had problems logging on online since I’ve had a smart phone. With your “improvements” it won’t let me log on. Any time I try to verify my identity by phone call or text it immediately says “your sessions has timed out.” I’m not sure if others have hacked or accessed it since I can’t see it. Currently on hold going on 15 min trying to resolve it. No luck there either it seems. Change it back to the way it was.

It seem like it is going to be a great app. But today it keeps crashing and making me sign in again just to show nothing. No it won’t let me sign in.

FedExEmployeesCreditAssoc has been the bane of my existence. They FINALLY offer the option to lock/unlock your cards via FedExEmployeesCreditAssoc but it GETS STUCK IN A LOCKED STATUS FOR HOURS AT A TIME. This has happened to me TWICE. I can’t unlock my card to pay for my prescription, food , gas etc and it’s EMBARRASSING and INCONVENIENT. Please fix.

Why change a perfectly good format? Couldn’t you just improve on what you had? Dislike this version. Two stars was a gift. Sorry . Appreciate you guys though… 😊

I don’t like the way you have set the transactions. I prefer the old way where I can see a running total

I just love FedExEmployeesCreditAssoc and the upgrades Ive been waiting on this for a while

I recently purchased a car and Sky Blue Keen helped me from day 1 .
Sky was AMAZING, she was so helpful and helped me with so much. Everytime I needed something she was so fast with getting back to me via phone or emails and believe me , there were so many.
She was patient and helped guide me in the right way for my loan.

Depositing a check via app was new for me but after the first try I’m very much satisfied. Technology is wonderful

Same problems ask listed below. App forces 2-step verification but won’t allow it to go through. “Session timed out” is all I get. Customer service had 0 clue or advice. I’m locked out.
