Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever QRode app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix QRode app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QRode app on iPhone
Update QRode app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QRode iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QRode on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QRode network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix QRode not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QRode app issues:

Force Stop the QRode App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QRode app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QRode to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QRode App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QRode app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QRode.

Fix QRode unable to contact server/ QRode internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QRode » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QRode » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QRode on android.
