Poor quality social feed, misspelled words, and Poppin crashes randomly. Poorly made with a cheap budget. It won’t be able to compete with my party app (SiPP) which launches in mid September 2022. Instagram account is Sipp_247, if you have any questions DM me. I guarantee you’ll enjoy Sipp! It has way more features and runs smoothly unlike this lame app.

I paid to go to an event that was shut down within 30 minutes. Poppin makes it impossible to get any help. Their support is a zoom call?? I tried to get a refund but all it does it requests it from the host and 9 times out of 10 if you’re going to a party they’re not going to refund you money. In that situation this app will do nothing to help you out and have no options on Poppin to get any help whatsoever. Currently going to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

I signed up for a party that required a $20 payment which is fine, and I decided not to go to that one so I clicked back but they somehow charged my card anyways and when I contacted them 3 times asking for a refund I never got a response. Instead I saw the developers of Poppin on Twitter the next day boasting about raising money or something, well how about you take some of that money and give me my money back!!!

As of 9/7/23, keeps asking to update when there is no update available.

I bought a ticket for an event tonight but now Poppin won’t open. If it’s fixed in time for me to get my ticket I’ll change the review to five stars. When I open Poppin it says I need to update it but there’s no update available in Poppin Store. I even tried deleting and re downloading Poppin and it’s still broken.

This is a party app that meets the bare minimum standards to have made it onto Poppin Store. It’s Horribly made and it clearly shows when engaging with the glitchy interface, certain functions don’t work at all. I’m speaking from personal experience when I say that Poppin has attracted the rave community as well as dark and ratchet communities that dwell within LA and SD, there is no guarantee of any safety when arriving at any of the events this application has to offer.

Idk who this dev team but they obviously don’t care about there user otherwise they’d put in more effort. The functionality and swiftness of Poppin is completely off whoever the dev are need to put in more work.

Used Poppin last semester when I went to the b2b set at USC Lambda. Me and 4 of my sorority sisters instagrams ALL GOT HACKED just because we linked our instagrams thru Poppin . Would not recommend.

I use Poppin pretty often to get into partiers information on parties and get into events but it recently stopped working and just put a freeze on the bottle screen and not load at all. I don’t know how to fix it I’ve deleted and re-download Poppin so many times😤

Poppin is all you need to host or go to a party. 10/10 would highly recommend! Makes hosting parties so much easier, and it’s a great way to contact people from previous parties.

Poppin has low-key become my go-to for finding things to do on Friday / Saturday night! The payment process was seamless and ticket worked great. Had one issue with getting my receipt, but support responded quickly and got me what I needed!

Sign-up was relatively smooth; I found a few events in my area when I first got logged in. I'm not an event host, but I explored the party-creation process, and I was pretty impressed by the host features. Would recommend if you are looking for events or wanna host a party, big or small.

For the first time I did not have to wait hours in line for a party. Buying a ticket for events in advance using this app is so much more convenient and I feel like the transaction fees are also lower when compared to other event ticketing platforms.

Been using Poppin to host kickbacks in the area and it’s been great so far. Also been going to a couple big parties shown on the home page and the ticketing qr scan acc really helps w speeding up the line entry. Looking forward to more updates 👀

Use it to find find nearby events and see who else is going. Mostly California events, but slowly expanding.

Use it pretty regularly and the Developer Team is actively releasing new features.

I used the this app app with a friend to find a local rave in Los Angeles. The process was so smooth and intuitive. I’d definitely recommend for all college students who want to find events and meet new friends!
