HardRockBet is absolutely ridiculous! I couldn’t withdraw my winnings because they couldn’t verify it was me. So they needed me holding my ID and a bunch of other stuff. I sent it over and they said they’d get back to me within 24-48 hours. They didn’t get back to me FOR TWO WEEKS after I told them that I was over waiting and wanted at least my original investment back and would bring my business elsewhere. Weird how within minutes everything was good to go. I stupidly decided to give them one more try because I like that they had same game parley for hockey. Well I put in some money for one parlay game and there was an error. So I reached out and apparently they don’t have same game parleys for hockey. WEIRD AS THAT IS AN OPTION! So requested my money back and I can’t withdraw it for at least three days and I can try again. DONE with them.

HardRockBet is good and you get your money fast but every time I go to withdrawal I have to manually type in my bank account and routing number. It doesn’t save my info so I have to type it in every Single Time I go to withdraw. And they disabled copy and paste so I can’t even copy/paste my bank info. It is so inconvenient and frustrating that I won’t use HardRockBet anymore solely for that reason

Look at it . I deposited money then it said I wasn’t in a eligible state so I immediately requested withdrawal and they denied my withdrawl !! Saying I need to send a picture of me holding my ID AND a bank statement . No chance I’m sending them all that for my own security. Gotta dispute through my bank now !!

When you make a bet please change the tracker to work correctly and be more clear of what’s going on, use a similar one to betmgm it makes it easier to see what’s going on with your bets !!!

I can’t withdraw any of my money because HardRockBet is down for maintenance. My first withdrawal request was cancelled. I can’t submit a new withdrawal request because HardRockBet doesn’t work and there is no way to do it from a website, unlike other sportsbooks. Buyer beware.

Just joined hard rock today, I was able to flip my deposit. Hard rock will not allow me to withdraw until 48 hours after initial deposit. I tried placing more wagers and I was limited to $25 per wager on single bets! I tried a parlay and was decline!

Can’t withdraws and limit you immediately after they take your money so you can’t use the “free” bet on the line you choose

They voided a family members bet after winning over 1k! Due to the fact that it was my old phone! They will not respond back either!

First day using HardRockBet then it crashes probably 30 mins after using it. First it says I’m not in the network area, which I am, then it wouldn’t load at all. Moving forward after it finally loads after awhile I find the customer support number, I tried calling, and the call drops 4 times when trying to call.

So instead of calling I try the live chat on HardRockBet , after waiting for a good 40 mins I finally get to text with someone, they are nice but have no idea what is going on. All they had to tell me was, “we are working on it as fast as we can”. Ok cool, I get it, but at this point it’s been over an hour and the issue is still going on. So I am concerned now that maybe HardRockBet has been hacked and possibly the financial account I linked to it might get compromised. I can’t get any answer except for the one I stated above. They aren’t offering any credits or refunds when asked. They said to “cash out early” under bets. But that’s the WHOLE ISSUE you can’t see my bets that I placed at all. But it shows in my history that they took my money for the bets.

Overall I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with HardRockBet . How are all these issues just going to pop up on the very first day I decide to use it! That’s insane and should have been worked on before launching HardRockBet .

So I downloaded HardRockBet about a week ago. I’ve used Fanduel and Draftkings but figured This is the hardrock and I’d give them a shot. I made a $600 live bet on the Ravens Sunday night they paid me and then several hours later just cancelled my bet and took their money back after paying me! I should have known there was a reason they only have 3.4 stars on HardRockBet. I called to find out what happened and a supervisor finally called me named Justin complete jerk. He told me they decided there was an error on the line and I really didn’t win. I told him I would just cash out all my money and go back to fanduel and draftkings he basically told me see ya. Guy couldn’t care at all and treated me like complete crap. I make a $600 bet on their site and they say there was an error and reverse my bet hours after already paying out. I’m sure if I lost they would have been happy to keep my money. What a SCAM HardRockBet is. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere more reputable who will honor your bets. I’ll be cashing out all my money and going elsewhere. My usual wager is between $200-$600 and they just treat you like trash.

I have had a few successful bets especially when i dont win much (withdrawals take longer when u win alot of money). Also having problems depositing since saturday…

Deposit Problems; Seems as though i cant deposit on the weekends and obviously thats when football is on & ive been trying since Saturday with no luck. During the week i had no problem, with the deposits. But i like to wait until the last minute to place my parlays obviously to see what happens with injuries. This creates an issue if u dont tend to leave money on HardRockBet .

Withdrawal Problems; entirely too long its 2021 everyone is doing instant withdrawals directly to your card. I.E. if i make a parlay on Sunday (assuming i can deposit or have readily available funds) that doesnt end until Monday night then withdraw Tuesday morning: I wont get my actually payments reflected on my card until Friday which at that point Thursday night football has surpassed. then if i chose to deposit itll have to be Friday due to problems depositing on weekends. Great app otherwise, but until issues are fixed fanduel or draftkings is our best option in FL.

I have been literally begging for my money back sense October. They have 200$ of mine and absolutely refuse to give it back. I have had well over 100+ emails back and fourth with them with no prevail. I have provided pictures of my ID, selfie’s holding my ID, pdf of my bank statements. Even after all that when my account got “cleared” they STILL refuse to give me my money back. They let me withdrawal my money on HardRockBet , it says pending, then accepted, then cancelled. I have retried to withdrawal over 30+ times and every single time i email them i get told to wait 48 hours for a fix and that they will contact me then. I have been getting told this sense November. It’s now the end of December and I’m STILL being told to wait 48 hours and that they will contact me. They have no phone service and more so i can’t call. The 24/7 chat does nothing to help with the situation except tell me to wait 48 hours as well. They are clearly stealing money from people and have made it obvious that they have zero intentions of giving me my withdrawal. This settlement will most likely have to be solved in small claims court. The sad story of hard rock Sportsbook. Complete scam artists.

Have had nothing but issues with HardRockBet from day one . Customer service is atrocious. The one time I was fed up enough to reach out and use the chat service feature I was in queue for about 45 mins . Once I started the conversation the representative insisted the problems were likely based off user error . I checked & double checked that everything was in order and after confirming it was an issue on their end the representative went dark and ceased responding. I looked away from my phone for about a minute and was automatically kicked out of the chat and then had to wait another HOUR before I could speak to someone else . Essentially they’ll blame you, give you the runaround and address nothing while still claiming to be a legitimate service. They need to shut HardRockBet down and stop playing with people’s money is such a fast & loose manner. If you don’t have HardRockBet you’re better off. If you’ve downloaded it , I recommend deleting it. Not worth the aggravation

Terrible betting site. First of all the games are very limited to what you can bet on mainly just have the main games. Secondly I placed a couple bits and they actually changed the line on me after I made the bets. Called customer service and the person was not able to help me put me on hold forever want to speak to a supervisor and said that I would get an email regarding the issue received an email stating that the line was not changed and it clearly was. I know what I bet and the fact that they changed the line on me a day before the game even gets played it’s enough for me to make sure that I encourage everyone in Florida to vote for DraftKings and Fanduel to be able to come to Florida so that we can have a real sports book online service so please sign the petitions and then vote on it

I was excited about HardRockBet till almost immediately having a bad experience. I made a deposit to HardRockBet In which it immediately processed. I then decided I didn’t want to bet to whole amount I deposited and decided to withdraw some of the money back into my account. It’s been two weeks and that money never went back into my account. I messaged them through the chat and received no response. I then called and stood on the phone on hold for an hour and a half to have no one pick up. The next day I tried again and messaged them through HardRockBet . This time I got a response only to tell me that withdrawal did process but I told her I never received it. She then said I should check with my bank but I know it has nothing to do with my bank because I don’t have this problem with the other apps I use. Stay away from this !

I have been waiting for an easy, convenient way to place sports bets and this is it. Scared money don’t make money.
