I locked my card on Friday because I was traveling the next morning. Saturday evening I tried unlocking my card to purchase gas. CardManagerGreenvilleFCU wouldn’t let me unlock my card!!!! I had to ask strangers if they could lend me cash to purchase gas. IT WAS EMBARRASSING!!!
I called the debit card company and they stated I have to wait until Monday to call member services to have it unblocked.
CardManagerGreenvilleFCU is garbage. Don’t download it
98% of the time you either can’t log in because “their having an error on their end” or you cannot unlock your card because “this feature isn’t available for your card” but it really is available. CardManagerGreenvilleFCU is not reliable at all and is a waste of time. You never know when your card is going to be stuck locked because of this outdated system!!!
Have to constantly cut my phone off and on to make app work, as it freezes and screen becomes blank. Will show card as locked when it’s actually unlocked and vice versa. If locked, will direct me to call the bank because it states card is not compatible with app. Huge headache to deal with.
It’s cool when it works
When scrolling through transactions, the page will jump and it loses where it just was. It’s like it skips every certain number of line items. Also it doesn’t get rid of pending transactions once they’ve posted. There’s a 1-2 day period when the transaction is duplicated: one posted and one pending.
Quite honestly it’s very annoying to have a second app purely for credit cards especially when it’s such a choppy experience.
