This company is bad, since they discriminate and are racist as soon as you do not speak 100% English, and if you do, they will not hire you
I just downloaded EmpireLoad and after 1 year or so they started charging me $10 a month even I deleted EmpireLoad way back. I don’t even have EmpireLoad and they are charging me $10 monthly because they know my account and routing number. If you guys don’t send my money back and not stop I will take next step action.
And I forgive everyone for doing wrong to me but I will not forgive you guys. And once you refund my money I will delete the review also.
the worst company we have worked with, the technical support is terrible, they do not answer calls, they do not answer emails, it is a danger for your pocket to work with a company with which you cannot have communication.
Be aware, EmpireLoad is a Scam, never responded my calls neither my emails. Uploaded all my information and documents. Could be a security problem now. Stay away. I hope this help you.
I signed up with this company about 8 months ago and never used EmpireLoad due to it not working for me and my company. This company has been taking money out of my account the whole time without my acknowledgment. I tried contacting the company several times through several communication channels; no response. This company is a bunch of crooks. Watch out!!
This company will hound you constantly once you accept a load, you will be stressed about the delivery until you deliver it. They will call and text you from many, many, many different numbers asking for updates on your location and ETA’s. When the owner Nancy gets mad she doesn’t handle things on a business level, she takes it personally. I did a load for them, we had a disagreement and I told them that I would not be doing another one. Now they owe me and won’t pay, won’t answer my emails, so I am writing this review. Save yourself the emotional distress, this job is stressful already. I do not recommend this company. People who are smart will take my warning. I’m sure most of the good reviews are fake. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.
They are ok. They pay timely. My only issue is if the dispatcher thinks you are bidding too high they won’t send your bid in. They don’t want to pay for empty mile. They expect you to take .50 cent a mile and drive an hour for free. I literally sat waiting to be loaded for 4 hours and they paid me and extra $12. Ive literally bid $25-$50 higher with other companies to be told my big was to high by Empire and get the accepted for the higher bid else where. When they want to make money they are good and when they want to take money they are terrible. Good drivers could be making a bunch more money if not for the greed by dispatchers
Do this work for SUV’s and cars also?
If you want a good loading company choose Empire load, it’s one of the best, believe me you won’t regret if you are a dedicated driver…
EmpireLoad is one of the best load boards I have ever used it’s always work available to keep your trucks or vans moving and your company growing and the dispatch team is the best they are always communicating with you to get you the best load and they care about the safety of there drivers

So far so good. Consistent improvements and excellent support response times. Transparent booking and quick settlement processes removing all the unnecessary hassle typical of the industry. Likely to continue to improve and disrupt the industry for better and improved performance of all parties operating in the industry. A win-win proposition for all wanting to simplify life and work organically.

EmpireLoad is free to use, they pay you very fast with minimum fee (just 1% for quick pay and no fee for standard pay) which is incredible in compared with other companies that may have more than 10% fee you can choose your own loads, nobody forced you to work every day, but they have loads 24/7, you can work whenever you want. Good Drivers can make money every day in this company.
It’s very user-friendly and I am impressed with how well laid out EmpireLoad is. From the way available load bids show up in the dashboard, to submitting your BOL/POD documents and photos directly in EmpireLoad , to the running list of previous delivery work completed and pay history - all in one app! Really genius!! The company’s staff is extremely courteous and professional too whenever they need to reach out directly.
You should be able to receive loads while you have a load and within a hour of 2 hour radius of drop off like the Uber app. Or have a dispatcher ask do you want me to look for a return load for you before you drop off. Great app but have so much more potential. Also should ask drivers for recommendations to improve EmpireLoad . That’s the best way to improve a product. But great app love it. Could be the #1 app in the industry with a few improvements.

They are always available 24/7. Staff responsible. I took a load and did not send the pod, I thought they don’t give me my money, after three month Nancy called me and told the payment cleared and sent me my money. Very nice staff and caring. App is user friendly. In last few month I made a good money while the market was too bad. I survived and fed my family. My price was too high and I listened to their advise to don’t bid that high. They kept me super busy with the lower rate which mage me happy since I am busy. It is hard to believe the bad comments from ignorant people about this company. I have never seen company’s payment like this, all the time on time. Thank you this app!
