I can’t even log into ArbiterIO .
I can log into the website in iOS safari fine… but even then the website is not optimized for mobile.
C’mon guys/gals! I know you can do better.
Two factor authentication required every sign in - sometimes sign in fails and must try again - a waste of time. Can’t add or edit blocks. No contact list.
I have to keep rebooting ArbiterIO because it either times out too quickly or after my log in, nothing populates. The features on the ArbiterSports App does not let me do the same things (blocking dates) on the web version. Arbiter Mobile was more user friendly than ArbiterSports
It is full of bugs since they made the new version. I have to log into sometimes three times to make ArbiterIO launch. I have such difficulty even staying logged in in my own Wi-Fi in my house. The features on the calendar for you to scroll all the way through a month. When you click on the day that you want, it does not automatically find the games for that day. It’s just a really poorly designed update. Go back to the old version, please.
Both ArbiterIO and the website have to be one of the worst applications I’ve ever used. ArbiterIO is full of bugs, can’t seem to save a long live token, and requires logging in and receiving a confirmation text almost every time I open it. I don’t understand how this company gets business… could you at least make a better product for everyone who is using it?
Nothing like being handcuffed to an app and website in order to get paid. Nothing seems to work, can’t log into the ArbiterPay site and when I choose to reset my password that I just set, the security questions won’t load.
I’ve wasted more time trying to figure out terrible app than I did working the two games. Such a waste!
I really like ArbiterIO to manage my official schedule. However, this new app seems to be really glitchy. It doesn’t come up with the schedule on a regular basis. If you leave ArbiterIO and come back, then you have to sign back in and out. Half the time it doesn’t actually pull up any information. It looks like this is more of a trial version and not an actual real launch of an application that is functional.
Significantly worse than the old arbiter sports mobile app. Missing large functionality (like seeing who I’m working with and their contact information). Logs me out after a inappropriately small amount of time. You know where the best place to try and log back in is? It’s definitely in a high school gymnasium where cell service is always excellent. ::sarcasm::
Old version of app is way better. This one is garbage. No contacts search, or click able AD links for your games. Not even sure if it’s worth.
ArbiterIO is barely usable. Very poor application design. It doesn’t show recently assigned games unless you click on the calendar date for the game. Maybe a nice list of newly assigned games that you can scroll through and accept/deny, rather than going on scavenger date hunt to find new games would be helpful? User experience testing hasn’t been done, as when you try to move from one month to the next (ie Aug to Sept) it will move the day (from monday to tuesday) rather than the month UNLESS you open the month so that all days are showing. Multi-Factor screen looks misformatted on my iphone 15, kinda like a middle-school programming project. Many other issues that should have been vetted during testing.
Worst update. Now you are not able to see all the different contacts in your groups. Always kicking me out and resigning in even after a few minutes
Every time I try to login it says the email is incorrect, and it says the same thing on the website, but when I log in through the link on instagram it seems to work.
I registered with Arbiter Sports’ website but neither my Email nor my password were recognized by ArbiterIO , though they still work with their website. As far as I know there’s no other way to create an app account other than through their website. App links to rename “forgotten” Email addresses cannot be made if it doesn’t recognize an Email address as familiar. Oh well!
Can only see my schedule. Still can’t get alerts either from ArbiterIO or the website even with 3 email addresses to be contacted at. Can’t export the calendar to my phone. Over all a lousy app
Pitiful
ArbiterIO is terrible. Use any sports calendaring app but this one. For some reason our school chose this one and it is awful. I am logged in on the desktop, but I can’t subscribe to my kids’ calendars. I try to log in to the mobile app and it has my kids’ sports from last spring listed. When I try to log in, it doesn’t recognize my email address, the same one I successfully used to log in to the desktop version. It also doesn’t recognize two other email address I might use and there is no one to contact for assistance. Just all around 100% awful. Use anything else. Do not use this. I can’t emphasize enough how bad it is. I have to give it one star because I can’t give it anything less though it deserves absolute ZERO because that’s what it gives.
ArbiterIO needs some serious work. Every time I try to use it, it tells me there is a problem with my login information. When I try to reset my password it says it doesn't recognize my email. Very frustrating. The website works fine. But isn't the point of ArbiterIO ...quick access. Please correct this issue.
My arbiter account works great on browsers but I can’t even log into ArbiterIO … with all our technologies this needs serious improvement
And ArbiterIO is the worst one that I have encountered. I’m 100% sure that a crayon and construction paper would work better.
ArbiterIO continually crashes when you need it. And most frustrating is that it kicks me off ArbiterIO several times a day :( I work several sports and all but one of them uses other software…..
Search for a school find it, select it and then sit and spin with nothing showing up. Just use adaptive design on the primary web site which works using chrome but has terrible display and you’re all set.
App isn’t helpful, nor does it work often. Disappointing. Customer support non-existent.
Can’t log into app with website credentials and the schedule on the desktop site is not listed in ArbiterIO … serves no purpose
I get as far as locating my school and then ArbiterIO freezes.
App does not work. Nothing but blank screens. Don’t waste your time!
I use ArbiterIO with basketball officiating and try to keep my schedule easy to access. It’s an epic failure! I cannot see my schedule, I cannot accept of decline dates to officiate, nor can I access my account to update information. With advertisement talking about how you can do everything you online, nor in the palm of your hand, it has not been a very positive experience with the mobile app.
Usually apps are easier to navigate on a phone, not this one. I don’t want to have to use 2FA (code) each time I log in, that’s why I have Face ID. I went to post scores for a match, and the team names and logos didn’t match (Team A’s name was paired with Team B’s logo and vice versa). It is actuallly easier to leave my browser open (it will leave me logged in) and use the site, even on my phone.
ArbiterIO continues to log me off everytime I access the site. I am an official not a fan and need ArbiterIO to keep updated on my schedule and last
Minute updates. I don’t want to log in everytime I need access. There was no issue with the older version of ArbiterIO. You should have a desperate app for officials only. Fix your log on issue!!!!
It’s nicer than the old app for sure visual wise. It just kicks you out a lot and sometimes when you log in, it doesn’t show your schedule & you’ll have to refresh ArbiterIO and log back in again. I would add face recognition option in place of the code texted to your phone.
My biggest problems are when you click on a date, the block doesn’t automatically set for that date. You still Have to select the date.
Also, you can’t edit a block. You have to delete and reset. These are 2 things you could do in the old app but not in the new one.
It’s a okay app, but I definitely prefer the website. Could you make it so you can stay signed in because it’s really annoying to have to sign in all the time.
Made the change to the new app, need the old one back.
I have to log in multiple times to get my schedule to load. Unable to text the crew like the previous version.
More bugs for ArbiterIO to be what it was previously.
Great app overall. One thing that could be added that would help would be an “export contact” button to be able to save partners with their contact info and profile picture. I’m constantly getting assigned new partners and have to save their number from the built in text/email feature. Thanks in advance!
ArbiterIO is super helpful to quickly see my game assignments and the crew on my games as a basketball official. It’s very easy to transfer my money to my bank account from games I worked too. Sleek new look to ArbiterIO and very useful as an official.
I use ArbiterIO for scheduling my umpire jobs (side job) for the MLB. My main job being a brain surgeon at one of the top hospitals in California. Like i said ArbiterIO is very useful for my work schedule but its also easy get familiar with ArbiterIO (what my assistant says) app gives each location of my job so its easy to get their quickly with my 2022 Bentley Continental GT.
ArbiterIO does exactly what it is supposed to do. I don’t understand all the bad ratings as it does a great job showing your schedule and details of all your games. Much better for mobile than the website
