Terrible hidden fees. I sold my tonic and lost 50% in fees. Customer support said it was the spread. Every exchange has a spread but crypto.com has a spread bigger than 50 football fields

This is the actual trading app and I cannot buy a coin that is listed on your Crypto.com app!? How does that work!? If anything it should be listed here on your exchange app! This company is such a joke. On top of not being able to connect my bank account on Crypto.com and now this, you keep finding ways to not get people’s business. I do not like using Coinbase but I would happily much rather use it than any of this companies apps. At least Coinbase is fast, consistent and reliable. Never any issues connecting banks there.
