I paid for the weekly subscription as I only needed the app for a day to send off some important paperwork. For some reason I keep receiving an error message after the documents upload and so it never sends. I’ve tried emailing support multiple times with no reply.

Decided I don’t want this app. Unable to find were to cancel. Said 7 day free trial but won’t let me use without paying. I better not be charged through my iPhone. Sounds like a rip-off. Also looked up terms in settings and it takes you to a page that is not found. Don’t trust this app. Deserves 0 stars.

I need a refund for this. I was supposed to have a three day trial - not only did it charge me immediately - but I kept getting network error messages for EVERY fax I tried to send. DON’T download this!!! There are plenty others to choose from.
