I just tell realized iv been being charged for awhile now and I don’t even have this app. How can I get a refund ? I have tried searching and not able too
They charged me when I had already cancelled before the trial ended I want my money back
This is Alexis sweatt. I have been subscribed to WeFast and I was also unaware that I would be charged. As the charge was pending, I tried cancelling and requesting a refund through apple but there was no receipt to show for it. Although this is a good app, please email me back with best regards to this subscription being refunded. Thankyou :)

Hi. I unsubscribed from wefast and I was still charged 69$ i would like my refund please .
I have a premium subscription. Today when I tried to open the app it wouldn’t open. So I thought ok I’ll delete and re-download. I do and my data isn’t there. There is no section to load my data. Please advise. When I press on the “get premium” it says I have it (which is true) so why can’t I access it?

My main problem is that this app doesn’t let you set a custom daily fasting window; it can only choose from presets. Other than that, This app doesn’t do anything special. You can pay extra money so it can tell you how fasting works, even though you could google the same info in 2 seconds for free. Also, the app should have users set a weight goal of .5, 1. 1.5, or 2 lbs per week and automatically estimate dates that goals will be achieved, instead of letting users manually set MASSIVE and unrealistic monthly goals. Finally, all I want is alerts for fast starting and ending, yet I get all kinds of notifications I don’t want with no customization to modify them.

App Not working for days

I’m not one to make bad reviews but I’m very dissatisfied. The app hasn’t worked In days and I’m trying to look for support but can’t find where to contact anyone.
Also I was excited about it but the app is not worth the money, it has nothing special other than keep track of the fastings but nothing worth paying $10 a month, I went to try and cancel the subscription and found out I was charged for the whole year! I’m pretty sure I chose the 6 month monthly subscription,I would have never paid for a whole year so I want a refund but can’t talk to anyone because the app is not working.

Download ok. Except writing overlaps on initial question pages and impossible to read one page. Bios of the 3 health authorities don’t open and stop mid sentence. Privacy policy link doesn’t open and gives error message. Terms of use link does not open and gives weird error message. Not trusting programmer of this app in its current status. Sad. Well delete.
