I purchased this and found that the page order is not by the picture order . And there is no way to reorder your page after imported. Also when I tried to add page it froze. Page can never be added. Waste Money!!
It won’t let me end my subscription, it’s a complete scam! Don’t buy.
There is no way you can call or cancel subscription.. No customer service care is available, who do you call now
It was difficult trying to find a way to cancel service which as most companies will make it possible to navigate this one does not
I have tried deleting my subscription numerous times but ScannerApp has absolutely no page for me to delete my account or manage my subscription and I have not heard back from customer service. This feels shady and I do not recommend.
Worked great the first time, now when I upload 18 pages it crashes and doesn’t save what I’ve uploaded
I'm trying to scan a book chapter, like 40 pages. It crashes every time after processing the file, then the file is nowhere to be found when I open ScannerApp again. Total garbage, I've wasted an hour of my time now and will delete this and find a different app to do the job...
I installed ScannerApp a bit before work, was doing basic scans, had some troubles combining photos into a single document. Notice, when you get ScannerApp it doesn’t show that it has in app purchases. At the moment I was trying to import document, it showed a price. I was late to my work and wasted my time on nothing, doing this scans!
Says free then I have to pay? Not okay buddy.
Its easy to take the picture but unable to rearrange the order for a pdf file with multiple pages. Very frustrating that even though i take the pictures in order the pdf file rearranges them at random.
Will not let me end my subscription. Terrible app and an absolute scam. Thankful apple was able to refund me.
Not user friendly on cancelling subscription.
It was great scanning documents but now I cannot share them whatsoever. Waste of time. Support page won’t load with full service.
I want to cancel my subscription. In the account >settings> manage account there is no place to cancel. I have emailed customer support and need an answer now.
