Although the printer signals it has wifi, the app says it does not, so it does not print. Repeat. Repeat. I have redownloaded, and deleted and asked tech friends to look. You do what it says, the right lights are on, it does not print
No ID photo size adjustment

This is ridiculous. The app does not allow photo size adjustment. This is an app that’s made by a Chinese developer, and this Chinese developer decided it’s a good idea to not bother with Chinese visa photo size. What do you have against your own country?
Can’t delete the photo

This is the worst software I have use so far. One I selected a photo I can’t delete it, I have to print it for it to disappear in the list, unacceptable.
Unable to get App to connect to printer

I’ve tried all suggestions in the reviews, but after getting a new iPhone I can no longer connect the printer to the App. Printer works amazing, but app is useless.
