How to fix MyLEN app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MyLEN app on iPhone
Update MyLEN app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MyLEN iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MyLEN on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MyLEN network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MyLEN not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MyLEN app issues:

Force Stop the MyLEN App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyLEN app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyLEN to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyLEN App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyLEN app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyLEN.

Fix MyLEN unable to contact server/ MyLEN internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyLEN » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MyLEN » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MyLEN on android.
