Can’t do anything from app. It’s a waste. Expensive cameras with crap tech.
I can only see pictures , I can’t access anything half the tabs don’t work. No reports, can’t add J series cameras, needs work.
Cuddeback not only looks horrible and behind the times, it performs just as poorly. You choose certain photos to delete and it deletes ones you wanted to keep. Select to zoom in on a selected photo and it pulls up a completely different photo. Not to mention the load time it takes to pull up stored photos.
Cuddeback connects my 2 cams but I cannot change settings at all on them. Cuddeback crashes as soon as I enter the settings tab for each camera. App has no troubleshooting and the cameras take very long to setup.
Poor interface. Difficult to setup.
Spent $1000’s on link system; should have read app reviews first. Really lacking usefulness and features compared to peer apps like spypoint and stealthcam etc.
Won’t let me log in, when it does it never shows pictures. I’ll just keep getting pictures via text and email!
Only useful function is being able to view pictures, but I already have access to them through text and email. I wish I had not bothered to download Cuddeback. Poor functionality, especially considering the price paid for the camera system and monthly plan. Settings should be accessible and changeable through Cuddeback .
Only thing you can do on app is look at the pictures you can’t change any settings or do anything with cameras at all not helpful at all
Cuddeback badly needs a tab in settings for changing notifications. I want a banner to show up so that I know there’s a new picture, but I don’t want to hear it dinging all night.
App allows me to view my photos and filter as needed to see only select cameras. It also has my daily report broken out by camera, much easier to read. Setting are viewable but don’t seem to be updatable right now, only downside. Overall great advancement for the CuddeLink system.
I guess they put Cuddeback out because they felt that’s what needs to happen to be “current”. Here’s some advice this app, if you can’t put out quality, don’t put it out. It hurts you more than it helps you. Be behind the times and great at what you do rather than current but horrible. Cuddeback is so buggy it’s not worth the download and frustration it creates for your customers.
