I was charged $160.00 for the app to be uploaded and cancelled within 15 minutes. I need my money back. This is robbery.
I paid for aitmath tickets for three months. It only let me use it until those tickets were out. I have been trying to get answers, but when I send in a math equation, it tells me that I am out of tickets. It also says that I have unlimited search tickets, but I can't use them. What do I have to do to either use my tickets or get my money back?
I have used many math apps in the past and I have to say that this is the most pathetic one yet! I purchased a subscription about a week ago (10-21-22) and upon my purchase, I was left to believe that you receive tickets every day for the purchase price of $14.99 for 10 tickets. I currently use a certain app that I have had for years, and I thought they were a little expensive, but at least they give you 20 answers monthly and are 99% right on their answers.. Anyway, Air- math is a horrible app, and in no way are they worth the price. It is very deceiving and I feel they think they are above the others due to their prices and the way they never get back to your emails when you have an important question. People, DO NOT PURCHASE AIR-MATH!!! Not worth it guys and totally a waste of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Hello, I have been using Air math for a while now and at the beginning i got 20 tickets everyday but now im only getting 5 and not 5 everyday just 5 until i use them and then get another 5 the next day. So my question is why did it start out as 20 and then it brought it down to 5 and not 5 everyday kind of thing. I would be grateful for an explanation if possible. Thank you and have a great day !

This is 0 stars it didn’t even let me know the answer I do not recommend this app at all you should not get this app don’t Ever try this app it does not work at all I am so mad right now because I really needed help really bad and I thought I found the solution but no I have to look for another app to help me never getting this app again it’s a scam don’t get it and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just had to write this review this is the worst app ever it is crap and I don’t even say crap that’s why you know this app is really bad don’t get it air math thanks a lot🙄😒.
Not great, but could be better

I really hate leaving low reviews, but I think this is one of the unfortunate cases in which I must leave one. AirMath can be helpful sometimes, like when your problem has already been solved, but if it hasn’t, then you need to request the help of a tutor. You would think a response would take no time at all, but in most cases you have to wait hours, days, or even weeks for a tutor to answer your questions, and some aren’t answered at all. As someone whose math skills aren’t the best, I’ve been looking for an app to help me with my math homework, and this unfortunately has not been a good one. I hope that, in the future, this app will improve, but at the moment I am disappointed and will be deleting this in search of a better app. I will leave 2 stars because sometimes your question has been previously answered and you don’t need to ask for a tutor, and the whole app is free and relatively honest, but I am frustrated about how long it takes for a response from the tutors (it may not be their fault, but I was hoping it would be faster). Too slow

Overall this app is good in general, but the tutors are too slow, and questions rarely get answered. Only one time has my question been answered quickly, and another time, I didn’t get an answer until the next day. I still like the app, but it definitely needs improvement, especially because I feel like this is most widely used and needed by high school students. Again a good app in general, just needs some improvement so I will be deleting in and searching for something else.
