1. The login splash screen to unlock with Face ID is small and annoying from an accessibility pov. Make it bigger and cover the password textbox to just view the UserTag or Number.
2. I preferred the balance on top and the item in the balance container aligned to a side. The “Easy” Balance and History is just useless jibberish. It was usable before balance at top of the view and other features right below.
3. Save a state for hide and unhide balance and transaction amount. I want quick access to my transactions and balance without needing to reach the unhide button stupidly placed at the top corner of the screen.
4. QR scan and Transfer fund button are way to small. The scan QR button should be right in the middle of the navigation pane like nBank. I use QR payment alot and I think many users do with mobile banking. Why is that not a highlight?
5. Custom QR amount Tab has vanished that has been replaced with a new tiny text “add amount” which I missed at first and I am sure many will too. It is actually a good feature but obscured by UI.
Test your application thoroughly before mass adaptation and think about the user experience before pushing the app to consumers. I am annoyed to the point that I haven’t been using GBIME bank services as much I used to.
Previous version was good and usable at the least. I wouldn’t have updated the app if not for the blaring UPDATE NOW dialogue box everytime I open the app.

Login process is too long why just not login with otp my security question say not found and branch can't help me with this really problematic every time I have to visit for minor issue i am still unable to use it didn't took my problem seriously

There is always some issue with payment using this app. I am quite frustrated and started using other bank app. Remove the bug from this app!
