I just paid for a year subscription for Solid Starts but the app keeps crashing when I go into it. How ridiculous!

The app will not even open for me currently. I did update the app yesterday afternoon. I tried to open it later in the day, and it would not open at all. I then updated the latest software on my iphone hoping that would fix it, but there was no change even this morning. Just wanted to make sure you knew there may be something going on! Thanks
