Hello, I have a very big issue with the app, today i found out that the ap took the money from my card without my consent ,nor my approval to do that. When i opened the app, it said to me a text that if i don't want my money to be took to press the button to stop my subscription, after that i got an error so i couldn't get the money back. Than i tried to delete my account, unfortunate i got the same error. And after that, i deleted the app and install it once again, but now i can't open it anymore, i tried to do it on another phone, but it didn't work. I am really angry with this awful situation. Please help me with the refund for that amount and also help me to delete my account. Thanks!

Hi there I’ve accidentally written the wrong email address on the app, and I’m trying to delete my account but the app won’t let me do that.

I want a refund!

I purchased a full year at full price, the first week this came out. I was so excited! This app has never worked consistently. The meal tracker does not keep track of what I’ve eaten. The food is awful (some of us are not British and would never consider eating beans for breakfast). The exercises glitch. I have not been able to use this at all and went with a FREE app that always works and lets me track what I really eat! Oh an app support is a joke, I’ve had 4 cases open and months of them “looking into it” with no reply or resolution! I want my money back!

I think the content on the app is great and Lilly has done and is doing a great job with the classes and guides. I enjoy that there’s recipes to give me ideas on what to eat. I’ve yet to use the journal/habit tracker section. What really bugs me about the app is all the little improvements that it still needs. When I switch my guide it switches, but it won’t show on the main page. So it says that my workout for a certain day is a different one than the one it actually is. It’s a small thing, but it’s very annoying and makes me lose track of which day I’m on. The app is a bit slow and is always loading when I click on anything which I don’t really mind since it doesn’t crash, but again it’s a little thing that if it was improved could better the experience of the app. Overall, I love my subscription and I’ve never felt better! Lily’s workouts are my favorite :) but I’d love to see more improvements to make the experience of using the app better. Also, it’s “compatible” with my iPad but it’s actually just the phone screen enlarged which is also another small thing that gets annoying.

Constant issues

I have the top membership for this app, and while I like the idea of the app but it has a lot of issues. I have the app on my both phone and my iPad and they never seem to sync together. Rather annoying. Also, the app has constant loading issues and does not save changes I have made. I’m having to go in 4-5 time and make changes before they will finally save. When I select for the app to play all the workouts for a given day it crashes like it between each one and I have to reload the app. Even if I just try to play one at a time if I don’t stop the video before it’s over it crashes and reloads the app. For something that costs over 100 dollars it’s very irritating.
