Hello, I have a very big issue with the app, today i found out that the ap took the money from my card without my consent ,nor my approval to do that. When i opened the app, it said to me a text that if i don't want my money to be took to press the button to stop my subscription, after that i got an error so i couldn't get the money back. Than i tried to delete my account, unfortunate i got the same error. And after that, i deleted the app and install it once again, but now i can't open it anymore, i tried to do it on another phone, but it didn't work. I am really angry with this awful situation. Please help me with the refund for that amount and also help me to delete my account. Thanks!

I purchased a full year at full price, the first week this came out. I was so excited! This app has never worked consistently. The meal tracker does not keep track of what I’ve eaten. The food is awful (some of us are not British and would never consider eating beans for breakfast). The exercises glitch. I have not been able to use this at all and went with a FREE app that always works and lets me track what I really eat! Oh an app support is a joke, I’ve had 4 cases open and months of them “looking into it” with no reply or resolution! I want my money back!

I love Lilly’s workouts! She is so good at what she does, her workouts keep me energized and motivated! I love the content in the app including workout plans, individual classes, meal plans, the store, and journal.
The only downside is that the app is a little buggy. It doesn’t keep me signed in all the times, it asks for a review after every video (only to launch me out of the app to an error message in the app store), and it sometimes crashes without warning. If the app was more stable it would be perfect!

The app consistently crashes when I try to open the app. It also crashes when I try and start a workout or go between any of the videos within the workout. There isn’t smooth transitioning between any of the icons and I have to sign out and log back in almost every time I use the app because it doesn’t register that I have a lean membership.
I love Lilly’s workouts and all the content she has but it is such a hassle trying to use the app.
