The app is not working since days. Once I launch it, I just see a white screen. I paid for it and I can’t use it :(

I really loved the workouts from the app and I even figured out a way to play everything on my laptop but since I tried to change the amount of days I want to work out on my Plan the app kicked me out and there is just a white screen and I can’t do anything. It’s really frustrating because I tried everything downloaded the app again even on a different phone nothing worked and for a while I couldn’t even cancel my subscription so I payed for not even being able to use the app but I’m just more sad that I can’t do the workouts anymore. I hope the technical errors get fixed.
