When I download to I phone I only get sign in screen. NO WAY TO SIGN UP

I placed an order on 23 November and paid with a VISA card via PayPal. I immediately received a receipt. Order History Order ID Customer No. of Products Status Currency Code Total Date Added #45 Steve XXX 1 Complete USD $221.76 2023-11-24 04:08:08 But I never received a shipping notice nor the product. I sent emails but the emails could not be delivered to the supplied address. I contacted UMINO through their website several time but they never answered. I filed disputes with VISA and PayPal, both of which sent notices and information requests to UMINO, but UMINO never responded. UMINO is not legitimate. UMINO is a scam operation.
