How to fix PyCode app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PyCode app on iPhone
Update PyCode app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PyCode iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PyCode on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PyCode network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PyCode Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PyCode not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PyCode App
1. On android, goto Settings » PyCode » click [Force Stop]

Update PyCode to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PyCode App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PyCode » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PyCode.

Fix PyCode unable to contact server/ PyCode internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PyCode » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PyCode » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PyCode
