I have. Golden coral gift card I got for Christmas and there are no Golden Coral restaurants anywhere within 100 miles of my home. I would like my $25.00 back the cost of the gift card.

I bought a gift card and we eat at richmond ky.They couldnt run card because of computer problems so they took information off card and would run it latter.They must of run it twice because they only left a balance of a little over a dollar.I called the number on the card they said the number was no longer valid even though its on my card.You owe me about 27.00.Your custormer service is awfull.Please send my 27.00 to william parson 135 parson way lancaster ky 40444

Terrible food. Not like it use to be.

We got there around 4:30. There were 4 pieces of baked chicken and I grabbed a breast. The chicken was so dried out, it was kind of leathery. Could not eat it. I wanted some cooked cabbage but it looked terrible. The popcorn shrimp is a joke. Balls of fried breading. Just terrible. The baked fish was dried out also. The turnip greens didn’t taste as good as you use to do them. The cook that was doing the steaks didn’t know what he was doing. The customer next to me wanted rare steak, he got medium to well done. I wanted a medium steak and I got well done. It too was dry. I was so disappointed. Overall the food looked like it had not been rotated and had sat out too long. Very disappointed to pay that much and have crappy food!

I am surprised the quality food is not the way Golden Corral was when they first open, several years ago. I thought the biggest mistaken was for the Corral to keep Ryans servers. The food was delicious for the first six months, then servers became more lacks. Well, today is the first time since Golden Corral reopened, the food was still not the same quality it once was. I had to ask for two serving spoons, because they had one spoon for two dishes. This would be a very nice place to eat, but you really need to work on the food prep! Today our server (Kaylynn)was very nice, you need more to care. She is waiting on a fourth of the restaurant, making her way to each table. She is very polite and friendly. There will be some that will eat here, simply because it is a buffet. I am not one of those people! I want to enjoy my food, I don’t eat a lot! I had gastric bypass, so food has to taste for me to come back! I do hope the service and quality food improves. This could be a very nice place to eat!

Food great service so so

Went for fish. Tried to order by phone so it would be ready and was told I couldn’t order by phone😒. So I went there and told them I wanted a large carry out container full of fish. First they said they didn’t have any, then they said they did but it would take 5 to 10 min. I waited fifteen and then asked if it was ready yet and it had not even been started. Then another man came from the freezer with a pan and said it will be ready in 6 min. That 6 minutes took 20 min. And all I got was a sorry. The fish was great, but I must say I was not happy about the long wait. I get a large order of fish about every 3 weeks and I was never treated like this before.
