I like the ui a lot, and ToneGenerator works for the most part. But there’s a couple things that kill it. For one, it crashes a lot. It didn’t use to, but for the last month or two it’s been happening a lot. Secondly, there’s a loud pop whenever you pause or play. Which is really annoying and sometimes painful when you have the volume cranked for those more extreme frequency’s. Fix those two things and it would be perfect.
Pros: App remains onscreen the whole time it’s on; adjustments are easy
Cons: More Settings would be good, such as a setting a preferred start frequency, rather than 444, or to preset a preferred minimum and maximum range
