I was provided with a temporary password when I downloaded the app and was able to login. I tried to change the password through settings and selected from the options provided but then it redirects me to a web-based chat box with no option to select to change my password. I can only select from the list of options the chat box provides leaving me with no other options. To make matters even worse, the chat box won’t allow me to type in the request in the message field. It only allows me to select from the options provided. How has no one addressed this yet?

The medals, challenges are so confusing that one needs a chest sheet to understand.
Second, I can’t understand why this app cannot be used to schedule or sign up for flex classes. It’s makes zero common sense to have parent go to zen planner app to sign up for classes and come to this app to look at “challenges”. This app is kind of zero value add.
I wish they keep one app to schedule classes and for challenges with medals and keep it simple. They over complicate for no reason.

I have emailed, texted and called since July 26th to cancel our membership. I even spoke to someone in person who said he couldn’t show me the actual email, but he was sure they were processing it. They never respond to anything. I am so fed up, I will be contacting the BBB with all of my evidence in 24 hours.
