I switched phones from Samsung 8 to 9+, now Shortpuz flickers and I'm force to close and reopen. It happens so often that a game became frustrating not enjoyable. How can I solve this issue? Thank you

I have been playing chips puzzle master for awhile already but none of my games that I completed , paid nothing yet ? they are almost all down to 3 players ahead of me and say processing but doesn’t change from that status . How do I know if I should expect anything from this game doesn’t seem real?”

Game crashes, adverts play and one cannot get out of the ads. Screen goes blank and one cannot go back to the game. Have deleted teh game. Too frustrating.

How to fix SortPuz app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SortPuz app on iPhone
Update SortPuz app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SortPuz iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SortPuz on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SortPuz network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SortPuz Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SortPuz not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SortPuz App
1. On android, goto Settings » SortPuz » click [Force Stop]

Update SortPuz to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SortPuz App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SortPuz » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SortPuz.

Fix SortPuz unable to contact server/ SortPuz internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SortPuz » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SortPuz » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SortPuz
