Why is it so complicated to file a simple unemployment claim come to this app it does not work I went to the actual DES site it will not allow you to file the claim why is it such a problem please fix this

Due to several app crashes, the system submitted incorrect information on my claim and now I am not receiving my benefits. Can get anyone to help, wish I would not have downloaded this.
