How to fix Alison app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Alison app on iPhone
Update Alison app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Alison iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Alison on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Alison network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Alison Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Alison not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Alison App
1. On android, goto Settings » Alison » click [Force Stop]

Update Alison to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Alison App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Alison » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Alison.

Fix Alison unable to contact server/ Alison internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Alison » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Alison » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
