How to fix Yakaboo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Yakaboo app on iPhone
Update Yakaboo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Yakaboo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Yakaboo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Yakaboo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Yakaboo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Yakaboo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Yakaboo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Yakaboo » click [Force Stop]

Update Yakaboo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Yakaboo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Yakaboo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Yakaboo.

Fix Yakaboo unable to contact server/ Yakaboo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Yakaboo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Yakaboo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Yakaboo
