** Edit: I changed my default browser from Chrome to Safari and it seemed to have fixed it. FEED is pretty decent now that it works. But that is something that I feel needs to be fixed. **

FEED is just completely useless. None of the things in the menu are accessible. None of the links even open. It doesn’t open a browser or anything. The tech support button doesn’t even do anything. I can’t open my eschedule from FEED because, you guessed it, the button doesn’t do anything. It’s like there’s not even links attached to some of the buttons. Nothing works in My Quick Links. If I click on Express HR, it gives me the pop-up about Limited Secure Content but when I click OK, the pop-up just goes away. It doesn’t open anything. Not a single button does anything. I CANT EVEN LOG OUT.

Just like the website you have to login almost everytime you click a link. This is a mobile app on phones with face id or fingerprint readers. Get with the times and use the biometric options available to you. I put up with it on the computers at work because imbeciles programmed it and I have to use it for work. I don’t have to use or put up with it on my phone. Until biometrics are implemented or someone is smarter is hired and reprograms FEED and the website to remove the needless multiple logins I will not use this garbage app.

A week or so ago there was a site wide computer issue that made all the sites go down. Ever since then the site hasn’t worked for me. My time is down. Can’t see schedule (shows a caution sign now). Same on computer too. And I changed my password on Friday just to be sure and nothing. I can’t even put in time off requests anymore.

This is the third update to FEED and it still won't let me log in. I brought the issue up to my manager and he was surprised that the issue had gone on this long, he just thought us being unable to log in to the handhelds were a one-off glitch. They are not, and I'm certain it's this same issue.

Working for this company constantly gets worse and worse because of “new” stuff they try to add and all that. They refuse to get with the times when they happen but always mess up any advancements ever with frustrating updates. This is beyond annoying.

Every time I have to make a new password, I end up stuck at the agree screen and there's nothing I can even do about it. It's been like this ever since I got FEED. How can a major corporation have such a poorly made app?

Downloaded FEED because i can’t access access my schedule anymore on the website just for FEED to tell me i don’t have access to mytime.

I’m needlessly turning my phone as screens come up in both portrait and landscape. Not an app I’m going to use until it’s fixed.

Needless login screens solvable with fingerprint or faceid integration. Security within the company is important but for a better experience it would be a better design choice to just integrate one of the biometric features that every phone has now.

The entire app is based on standard links and just feels sluggish which when coupled with the lag in text entry just makes for a bad user experience. The main kroger app is so much better designed by comparison that I honestly don’t believe they were made by the same development team. And if they were put together by the same team then I really hope it’s a deadline and crunch issue because the current version feels like a beta test.

FEED is garbage. I finally managed to log onto FEED but when I tried to access the myschedule feature it asked for my euid and password again and surprise surprise it rejected them even though they were correct and then when I logged out of FEED and then log back in it no longer accepted my euid and password even though I had used the same info to log in the first time. Pure useless garbage. Kroger needs to spend more time fixing the bugs in FEED and less time keeping us employees from accessing an app supposedly designed for us. Pure garbage!!!

I have uninstalled, reinstalled FEED numerous times. I cannot view schedule. When I click on it I get a screen that the page is a secured site. That I need to agree, but there is nothing to click on. I have a screen shot of what I get. I can view everything but that. So basically FEED is worthless. I have checked settings. I cannot find a solution. If someone from support sees this, can you advise what to do? I have Chrome as my default. I am on an iPhone 11, IOS 14.4.2. Thanks!

I cannot get past the Agree page because of the Authenticator app on my phone.

Edit: Even after the update, it’s still requiring I sign in with microsoft even though I do not have a microsoft account connected to the Kroger account.

I just discovered a limitation of Microsoft Authenticator - you cannot enable device registration for multiple accounts. I already use Microsoft Authenticator’s Azure MFA for another Microsoft 365 account that I use.

To other reviewers that get prompted to install Azure MFA (Microsoft Authenticator) and you’re not in management, it’s probably because you signed up for Yammer at some point.

If the website is poorly made, how is an app supposed to be made properly? When I try to sign in it takes me straight to my Authenticator app and there’s no way I can sign in through that. There’s no instruction as to what to do? I’d say fix the website then make FEED , throw FEED away until ready. Ask associates what they want stop assuming what we need.

People will complain about everything. Way to put an app out

FEED is a great tool for associates, but with everything greyed out for "security purposes", FEED is pretty much useless. Once you allow us to start accessing this stuff off the network, FEED would be awesome.

Login in info will not work, it works perfectly fine on the this app website. I’ve tried re-downloading, restarting my phone, it is just unusable which is a shame because it has worked fine in the past. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

The eschedule is much easier to use and get to!… I know this may be a of stretch to request, but it would be great if some web application worked on FEED off network. Like Outlook!

Downloaded but can’t get pass the “I agree “
