How to fix PinTok app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PinTok app on iPhone
Update PinTok app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PinTok iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PinTok on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PinTok network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

PinTok Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix PinTok not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PinTok App
1. On android, goto Settings » PinTok » click [Force Stop]

Update PinTok to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PinTok App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PinTok » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PinTok.

Fix PinTok unable to contact server/ PinTok internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PinTok » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PinTok » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PinTok
