Snipd’s chapters and summaries and (virtually?) no character limits on private note-taking means I can do more note-making before Readwise syncs my highlights to my note-making app.

This makes quickly processing my most relevant takeaways central, not just paraphrasing ideas. AND populating newly synced concepts/ideas throughout my knowledge base dramatically boosted the rate and depth of information processing that I can do. A huge plus as well is that the devs are highly responsive on Discord.

A desktop/progressive web app will go a long way to making this a true powerhouse of an app.

Snipd has been a wonderful addition to streamlining my learning and research. The interface is simple and easy. The playback speed optionality is fantastic, and of course, the ability to snip moments in time throughout a podcast and have it automatically transcribed changes the way I engage with audio. The transcriptions are not perfect yet but they are still extremely helpful. Finally, Snipd let’s you connect with app like ReadWise to create a highly efficient process for PKM. Highly recommend.

SnipdAIPodcastPlayer is absolutely the smoothest, fastest, and most reliable podcast highlight and note taking app on the market.

Snipd is my go to podcast listening app, allowing me to quickly capture transcripts of conversations that I want to remember and review in the future.

There is so much useful knowledge to be absorbed from podcasts, so why not use an app that lets you retain and return to that valuable information at a later date?

Snipd is a best in its class due to useful features like social sharing of the “Snips” (saved sections of podcasts), AI summary of highlights, automatically created podcast chapters, fast and easy highlighting, and many other unique and helpful tools.

I am an avid learner and podcasts are my Avenue to do so. SnipdAIPodcastPlayer is next level in how it has taken my learning up a notch and the efficiency with which I can consume content. I love it so much!!! The ultimate podcast player.

I used Airr for several months but it began crashing every few minutes and taking excessively long to navigate a playlist. Snipd has been a great replacement. Thanks.

Update:
They just released an update that fixed all of the issues I had with with it. It’s now the best podcast app in the market.

This is such an amazing app; however, the fact that the normal skip-back, triple-click behavior on AirPods has been overridden with the snip feature and with no option to change it is a complete deal breaker for me. I simply cannot go without the ability to replay the last 15 seconds of a podcast from my headphones. As anyone else who is easily distracted knows, skipping back to replay the last thing that was said is something that we do a countless amount of times… much more than taking snips. Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love the snip feature, but I don’t need it to be bound to my AirPods. Every time I take a snip, I have to adjust the start/end points a little bit anyways, so it doesn’t make sense for it to override a crucial AirPods feature when I most likely am going to have to open SnipdAIPodcastPlayer anyway to adjust the snip. Everything else about SnipdAIPodcastPlayer is worlds better than any other podcast app I’ve tried. The snip feature and AI are absolute game-changers, and even just the UI is so good. I’ve contacted them about this issue and am desperately waiting for them to implement some solution for this. I encourage any of you who also need the default triple-click behavior to reach out to them, so they will prioritize fixing it. Once they do, this will be the easiest 5 star review I could ever give. Until then though, it’s unusable for me, and I will have to continue with Overcast.
