Seems like this product tells you what is supposed to happen based on what day it is, but doesn’t tell you what is actually happening . For example, ragweed is through the roof here right now and all other apps indicate that. However, it is low according to AllergyPlus because it’s just staying the course of what they predicted days back.

Started using AllergyPlus a week ago. It keeps popping up full page intrusive and annoying ads with a distractive countdown..
Yes they need to make money but can you put your ad at a tiny corner????? And don’t disturb my use of AllergyPlus ???
If I am interested I will tap to see it.
Don’t shove it on my face and block the whole app with this useless ads.
Deleting AllergyPlus .

I was enjoying AllergyPlus quite a bit, and considering replacing my other air quality apps with it. That was until I got the window that popped up and said my iPhone is almost out of space (it isn’t) and that I did not have space for photos (I do). They are trying to trick users into buying some kind of iPhone cleaning app.
I deleted this and recommend you do the same. Apple should not have let this pass App Store review.

If you have a dust or mold allergy, then you are out of luck. AllergyPlus only tracks tree, ragweed, and grass allergies, which is rather unfortunate for those with a severe allergy to the other two. My asthma acts up severely with dust, and I was trying to see how it was affected with the Sahara dust and wildfires but AllergyPlus did not help. It also didn’t help to know how rainstorms might affect it, when mold might be more prevalent.

I like the information display in AllergyPlus. It’s helped me better understand my allergy cycle every year. However, the widgets in iOS often break and either show no allergy information or “No Internet. Please check your connection.” I hope those bugs can be fixed. Thanks!

iPhone 14+, watch series 6, latest OS
Watch app install but only says “No forecast available. Use the phone app to update your location.” The phone app has my location (Dacula GA) set and working, as well as one alternate (Lawrenceville GA). Neither selection on phone allows watch app to work.
Also, the unpaid version has annoyingly long ad before showing the forecast for the next few days.
The cost to buy premium imo is excessive ($2.50/mo) for such a limited use app (OK if $1/mo or less. The main description in the store should NOT show the watch symbol if it doesn’t work - or the writeup should say it only works if you pay premium.

When I restart my Apple Watch, the pollen complication disappears and I have to re add it to the screen. Sometimes the Apple Watch doesn’t recognize it has the pollen complication even though AllergyPlus is installed. And why does the complication flicker every single time when I raise to wake my Apple Watch? My other complications from other apps don’t do that. When the Watch complication does work, the pollen count number is extremely small and incredibly difficult to read. Furthermore the complication is not color coded based on how intense the pollen count is. It’s only color coded on the iPhone app. The Apple Watch app is in desperate need of bug fixes and updates.

All if the sudden it’s not showing the pollen count at all. Just the temperature and air quality. I can get those from my local news weather app. I need the pollen count. What good is a pollen count app that no longer shows the pollen count? Please fix this. Used it for years with no problems, now it’s useless.

I am no longer able to see the allergy forecast anymore. I’m not sure if that means I have to pay or what. I keep refreshing the page and it doesn’t appear. I also deleted AllergyPlus and redownloaded it so if that would help and it hasn’t. So if I can’t see the allergy forecast for the day what’s the point of having AllergyPlus.
by Wboarderchick
Love AllergyPlus itself. I enjoy the forecast feature, outlining the next few days. I have another pollen tracker/diary app but it only shows one day in advance. I just wish there weren’t so many ads, I’d rather not have another subscription. If I could pay a cheap flat fee, I’d rather do that.

I downloaded the Allergy Plus app several weeks ago in anticipation of my allergy attack. It started today but I have no idea what tree is causing it because AllergyPlus hasn’t updated it’s list of trees. I was hoping for information specific to my location.

Love AllergyPlus minus the fact the diary isn’t working which is one main reason why a got AllergyPlus ! I have a iphone 13 pro. The error message i get from AllergyPlus is “their maybe a problem with the server or network” I’d really like to update my review if the diary worked! :) Thanks. Also please ADD dust & mold!!! :)
Thank you for fixing the diary!! Now we just need dust & mold!!! 😃

I downloaded Allergy Care, Aircare, and MyPollenForecast and AllergyPlus is the clear winner. It’s simple, easy to use, and seems to be accurate. Why not 5 stars? I wish that you were able to customize your profile a bit to focus on the allergies that affect you. For example, tree pollen is basically neutral for me but grass pollen is terrible! I’d like to be able to see when grass pollen in particular is spiking, vs total pollen levels (with type of pollen being secondary). Is also love to be able to have a widget on my homescreen for pollen levels for specific pollen types. But overall great app, I think it’s going to be helpful this year!

This is a good app. I have really bad allergies and this has been helpful because now I know how much allergy medicine to take.
I took off 1 star because you cannot log what you’re allergic to, so the data will not be based specifically on your allergies.

In the Fall and Spring my allergies as I have aged into my 70s have become difficult to manage except AllergyPlus allows me to understand why I feel so bad and to be less anxious over something worse is happening my body….Thanks for this gift…..

I’ve always had seasonal allergies but this spring has been the absolute worst I’ve ever seen. We travel full time in our motor home. I discovered AllergyPlus this spring and it has been quite helpful and educational in terms of knowing which trees are the worst pollinators.
by CDStrom47
My original review indicated that AllergyPlus was useless because it didn’t allow specification of location which made AllergyPlus totally useless. The issue was fixed within a day and AllergyPlus is now exactly what I need to keep ahead of my allergies!
by Mvanr
Having AllergyPlus provide more precise and specific detail about what’s in the air before I start my typical day is exactly what I needed!! I am extremely allergic to Juniper/Mountain Cedar. But since I’ve been using Allergy Plus I know which days I should simply stay indoors with my (Dyson)air purifier and not even go get my mail. I haven’t had to go to the hospital in over two years now!!
by Sinus Sufferer
What an awesome allergy app! I had them all and aaaai too now they are deleted. I am retired so I use AllergyPlus daily to plan my outdoor activities and meds. I also strongly use the map !!! To plan my travels to less allergy prone areas! An answer to prayer! Thanks
by Sam7536
Thank you for AllergyPlus because I can plan ahead and if it’s a bad day, I’ll stay inside and it’s improved my allergies. So, keep up the good work! I hope to see more features. Please reply. Thank you.

I truly mean this, as a very senior citizen who loves to walk, until I got AllergyPlus and checked the pollen count, there were days that I wondered if there was something wrong with my heart due to the shortness of breath. Now I notice that I only have the shortness of breath on the days that the pollen count reaches the high category and it gives me a great sense of comfort!

I need an accurate level of the daily pollen count. My husband has COPD and the allergens greatly affect him. This is the first program that has really been able to help us understand the highs and lows of the pollen count and how they affect him so thank you very much for your tool. I use it several times a day.
by Ding Knight
AllergyPlus is phenomenal. It breaks down in detail the specific pollen seasons for you to see when the trees, ragweeds, and grasses are giving off high levels of pollen and for how many months said pollen spikes will last for. Plus the subscription is an annual subscription (yearly subscription). Please get AllergyPlus people. It’s the best one out there. You won’t be disappointed. 👍

I’m so glad I found it . I grew up in the southwest and was not use to all the different trees and flowers here in the southeast . I’ve had allergies since I moved here. My ENT says I’m allergic to trees and grasses and almost every thing that is growing. I’m comforted by knowing what is high at certain times of the year. My allergies are not going away, unless I move back to the southwest This is home now and I’m not moving. Thank you for your support and comfort I’ve found using your app.

This, when I check it as soon as I wake up, let’s me know how to plan my day. I have so many environmental allergies I can’t spend a lot of time outside during pollen season. AllergyPlus lets me know what to expect.
by WFPT1
As allergists, I think most of us enjoy engaging in a bit of teaching for our patients. For those patients with more than a passing interest in their environmental allergies, this can be a most engaging source of information. Thank you.
by Everyday Easy
I didn’t realize you get sensitivity and or allergies in your older age
I love AllergyPlus it tells me measure the tree pollen is at in my area helping confirm I can expect bothersome headaches and itching eyes and what trees or grasses might be the issue
I’ve discovered strong coffee in the morning deals with the headache and OTC eye moisturizing drops help deal with my eyes try it all out I hope it helps to use AllergyPlus:)

Love AllergyPlus. Great format. Has daily allergies diary symptoms log. Gives you local forecast in a chart on the map of the US so you can compare allergy levels in other locations if traveling.
by Rosiethecutiefart8774647474703
So AllergyPlus is just amazing for me a person who has bad allergies I can check how bad the allergies are and the levels and I can track my allergies and AllergyPlus also helps me because it tells me what to do if my allergies are really bad
by Joesph3174
Too many ads eating my cellphone data and sluggish on slow internet very frustrating
by QueenBies
I really enjoy AllergyPlus because when I have sneezing fits and my eyes itch terribly, I just come here and look to see what the allergy level is for the day. If I see that it’s high, I pretty much attribute my misery to the high allergen level. If it’s low, I observe my misery throughout the day to be sure I’m not coming down with a cold.
by Sydero
I have been waiting years for a way to predict the approximation of the end of the worst of pollen season. Finally! After hours on Google with no good results, AllergyPlus is a lifesaver!
by Keegan Raa
Found AllergyPlus to be great, gives me everything I need, would definitely recommend!
by Tracyloumo
Gives me all the information I need and super easy to use. Definitely recommend the premium subscription.
by Rational_Mac_iPhone_User
Easy to navigate, has intuitively designed features, performance is good, limited ad interruption.
by Mauitigger
I enjoy AllergyPlus because it lets me know when the pollen is going to be severly high , so then I avoid being outside as I get sinus infections quickly ! Everyone should have AllergyPlus
by IanMac123
I like how it givens the pollen forecast, and even includes air quality also. Had some bad air from Canada fires drift into Wisconsin. Seems like a no brainer to include air quality as well - pleased!
by WandatheCockatiel
AllergyPlus helps with my seasonal allergies and better yet prepares me for my day. I check AllergyPlus daily and it’s super accurate and FREE listing the top 3 allergens in order from what’s the most prominent of the day. Love it.
by Dsilva118
Getting a look at allergen levels and air quality couldn’t be easier. I also like the additional info about plants that cause allergic reactions.
