Billions of my crypto tokens were lost due to their system issues. They would only respond and blame me for issues their system caused. LOTS of bugs in the system (even self-admitted by their customer service staff in XTcom chat). I constantly have to contact their customer service team to correct issues. The issues get corrected (sometimes) and then happen again. The application often appears in languages not native to the user and gives error messages in a foreign language that the user obviously can’t understand.

When reading these reviews, look at the ones who truly take the time to give valuable feedback. You will notice some of the “reviews” are short and written in the exact same way (even with the same errors in the sentence) so it’s obviously someone at XT trying to pad the reviews and overcome the large number of negative reviews. Take some advice and steer clear of this company. You will lose money and get the middle finger in return when trying to get problems resolved. If you don’t believe it, give it a try.

I’m a new user and only use this exchange for one item that isn’t found elsewhere, in my 2 week experience with XT I was able to make a purchase and subsequently confirm my order, that was day 1 and day 2, since then I have not been able to access my account, their customer service is of zero help, their online chat only gives general answers which don’t solve the issue and according to the Twitter community it looks like the user posts also have the same issues as I do, although I’m glad I’m not the only one it would be great if this exchange could get it’s actually together and not just take our orders and then lock us out of our accounts for days with no answers.

Horrible platform and inability to withdraw assets out when you want to and should be able to. They have zero support or any sign of changing the ability to move an asset like ABEL out. The prices are even accurate or acceptable!! Others have things listed and trading at the correct price while XT has an asset trading 30 cents short of what it should be going for! Insane…

FOLKS!!! Do not make the same mistake that I made and use this platform. I invested 16k into margin trading, and when I tried to repay the margin, it would not let me repay. I contacted the company for WEEKS with zero help. Eventually, my MARGIN LIQUIDATED as XTcom wouldn’t let me repay the assets. Everything gone, and they have completely ignored my continuous requests. If your money is there now and u are in the USA, MOVE IT TO BINANCE OR KRAKEN. You will get scammed by these clowns!!!!

East to get money in. The transfer out fees are insane. A trillion LUFFy that’s over $2000 to withdraw. Insaine!! They locked my account over a month ago and refuse to unlock my crypto. I have over $8k I have no control over and the customer service is non existent. Avoid. Stick to the big names!! This one is a scam.

Absolutely terrible ui, can’t tell what I’m trying to transfer, not even sure how to find the address of where I’ve moved a small bit of funds to, to play with it and try investing in a few alt coins. Can’t figure out which account they want funds in in order to buy can tell what amounts I’m trading in different areas when just trying to do basic conversions. might just take the $20 hit for what I put into it

Provider shut down platform with no advanced notice. Very unprofessional and have yet to see it come back online.

Update: Finally came back online. Added 2nd star, but still locked from doing transaction. Will revisit.

I've been using XTcom for a few months now, and it's definitely one of the best out there for crypto trading, all thanks to its extensive coin selection. It caters to all my trading needs, and then some!
