Why aren’t you more transparent about subscriptions? I stopped a ticket with an artists and saw the payment date disappear! I also have received no messages, did not pick another artists, buy anymore tickets or anything! Also, my ‘days’ with that artist as a subscriber disappeared also! BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED! After the payment, I still haven’t received any messages. Im filling a claim. It is unfair you billed for the whole month and next month and I’m not even receiving the service you offer at the moment! I will never subscribe again and I don’t recommend. I’m also annoyed at the constant prompts for me to not leak content. Go away.

What a bunch of scam. It’s basically a bot sending you messages lol. What a waste of money. Buyers beware!!!

It won’t send it I am so stressed but it just won’t send

When I downloaded the game I was really excited, that was until I couldn't sign in. Even though I entered many different emails the verification code would never send, which was very frustrating.

I recently had to uninstall and reinstall bubblewithSTARS because the artist i am subscribed to, her messages were showing but not the images. Along side that, most other idols profiles were also not working. I reinstalled bubblewithSTARS and now I cant see any of my artist's previous messages nor mine. I have been subscribed for almost a year now and I don't want everything to just disappear just because bubblewithSTARS wasn't working. Please fix this immediately.

I get the notifications for new messages but they never appear or translate

first of all I’m 7 and it says 4+ my parents do not want me to do this so I tried all my things I knew but still it didn’t work

i cant sign up for an account because my email is not receiving the verification code , i tried with several different email addresses and it still didn't work so i cant sign up :/

Not all messages are loading. I have to recall previous messages across all my chats for all of them to load. Multiple times as it doesn’t seem to fix itself.

I like bubblewithSTARS but I just wish there would not be any errors of trouble logging in so and I try logging in with my emails so many times it just never works I just keep waiting for my email.com nothing happens I am driving but I wish something could change

Although they're not sending messages separately i enjoy reading their updates!
At first i thought they couldn't see what we send them but they can… Please send the artists nice messages! They can see them.

I love bubblewithSTARS but sometimes I don’t get notifications from the chat so I end up missing a lot of the messages. Also it’s real for those who are wondering! Prices are pretty understandable considering you get to talk to an idol based on their schedule. Good solulu for your delulu

i love bubblewithSTARS! it’s so nice to be able to talk to the artists.

the only thing that’s a bit annoying is the character count for the messages. i understand the three message limit to reduce spam, and also the character count limit. but i can only write about half a sentence in english and a whole sentence in korean. please make the character count a bit higher ㅠㅠ
